Sailing Classes
Sailing classes are held throughout the year. The course is
tailored for the beginner and also as a refresher for the “old
salt”. This is a hands-on program with almost all instruction
aboard a boat and on the water.
A total-body workout for active individuals. This class
combines aerobic, flexibility, and strength training.
This is designed to increase flexibility, joint stability,
balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and
cardiovascular.
