W60 NEXGEN™ WELDING HELMETS
WITH DIGITAL ADF
W60 Nexgen™ Welding Helmets feature digital auto-darkening filters, which give
welders precise control settings. The digital controls feature variable shade, sensitivity,
and delay adjustments plus four independent sensors positioned to reduce the
possibility of blockage during a weld. Helmets also come with replaceable lithium
batteries (included) and low battery indicators. A versatile 3-N-1 built-in function—
Weld, Torch, and Grind—is standard, too, as is amber view lenses, allowing for
enhanced clarity of the weld puddle. Plus they allow for detection of welds less than
5 amps and come with built-in mag lens holders. Meets ANSI Z87.1. Variable Shade
9–13 Digital ADF.

REPLACEMENT HEADGEAR
Replacement Headgear covers many of the replacement needs for most welding
helmets. Features include teeth that automatically disengage during adjustment
(Element™ and 117A), three-position slider that adjusts lens distance from eyes for
precise vision (370), and an air-cushioned cloth sweatband (117A and 370). The
370 also features a removable comfort cradle with a pivoting head pad that conforms
to any head, oversized ratchet for easy adjustment with gloves on, and a crown strap
adjustment that allows the headgear to be raised and lowered for maximum comfort.

Crews® Safety Welding Goggles have a polycarbonate lens that beats traditional
glass plates for impact resistance. Plus CR39 cover lenses are included to protect
the filter against pitting and scratching. They also come with elastic straps
for easy adjustment and an exclusive Duramass® scratch-resistant coating for
extraordinary wear. Goggles are vented to decrease fogging and meet or exceed
ANSI Z87.1+ safety standards. Blue frame, filter shade 5.0 lenses.
