- Semi-permanent lining installations
Bespoke “Indoor marquees” enable multi-purpose use for educational, sports,
social or leisure venues to host formal events. Linings are manufactured to
specification and installed, then managed by the client, with maintenance
contracts offered long term, across the UK.
- Lining hire, installation and maintenance contracts
Serving partners in the marquee industry for dry hire and/or installation,
including tack off work for bespoke projects, we also specify and manufacture
linings, and provide laundry and sewing services to maintain drapes & linings.
- Event Management
Supporting clients on whatever scale their live event requires, from furniture
hire to environment design, and full event management.
Events
Oasis serves live events ranging from weddings, festivals, corporate events and exhibitions, school and
college balls, to proms and parties, and events in permanent venues, requiring “indoor marquees” or
dressing.
Venues
Private venues ranging from marquees in gardens or fields, agricultural or domestic buildings, to,
Claridges, The Berkeley and the Dorchester, Blenheim Palace and Windsor Castle.
Public venues such as ExCel , Earls Court, and ACC Liverpool, the Suffolk Show, Henley Royal Regatta and
Goodwood, WOMAD, Feastival, Cornbury, and Latitude Festivals, and the Cheltenham Festivals. TV and
film work has included the Forsythe Saga for ITV and The Young Apprentice.
For permanent installations, linings are manufactured and installed in educational, sports, social and
leisure venues across the UK.
Amongst our more unusual projects the team have transformed tractor sheds, the arches underneath
London Bridge Station, a marquee on a city roof top with a view of the “Gherkin”, wedding marquees on
windy Cornwall cliff tops and a Welsh beach, and a New Year’s Eve marquee in Moscow.
Oasis is a preferred supplier to venues ranging from country houses to show grounds and Oxford
colleges, production companies and event planners.

Our team comprises a mix of creative and highly organised specialists sharing
a passion for delivering work which is creative, unique and perfectly
executed. An events business with family values at its heart, project work is
delivered with sensitivity to the particular requirements of each client, tight
budget control, clear communication and a flexible, friendly approach.
Background
Oasis was set up in 1996 with a Bedouin tent imported from a souk in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to provide a
tented café area at Campus Festival in Devon. The Arabian look was then adapted for interior lining
installations in 1997, with the Oasis styles, themes and bespoke services evolving as the business
developed and grew in scale, reach and reputation.
The company has matured to serve a wide range of areas in the private and public events industry with
its portfolio of products and services. They have developed a diverse client-base of private individuals,
historic schools and colleges, festivals, large scale marquee providers and businesses to become an
award-winning specialist in event hire and management, serving private and corporate clients
throughout the UK.
Oasis is managed by Mark and Dany Fremantle since 2008, based on the border of Warwickshire,
Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. A full time team of 16 staff handles nationwide events throughout the
year, with part-time workers taking the company to an average of 25 staff during peak season.
