McCann Development and Saber Real Estate Advisors, LLC have completed over $1.2 billion
dollars worth of development to date. Its principals have conceived, negotiated and implemented

COMPLETED DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
PALMETTO COVE, FORT MYERS, FLORIDA
Development of 204 Condominiums
Located at Cypress Lake Drive and McGregor Blvd.,
McCann Development built 72 condominium units out of a
total 204 unit garden style condominium development.
McCann and Saber are land banking the remaining land for
132 units and will complete the development when market
conditions warrant it. The lushly landscaped development
contains lakes, preserves and an amenity center.
OASIS AT FORT MYERS, FLORIDA
Development of Five 32-Story Condominium Towers
McCann Development in partnership with The Related Group of
Florida developed a five 32-story oceanfront luxury condominium
towers, located on the waterfront in downtown Fort Myers, FL.
Upon full build-out the project will total 1,079 one, two, and three
bedroom units in both riverfront tower and loft town home
configurations, along with a yacht club and dry dock storage for
approximately 300 boats.

JOHNSON CITY TOWN CENTER , JOHNSON CITY, NEW YORK
Development of 85,000 square feet retail
McCann Development, in partnership with
Newman Development Group, developed
approximately 85,000 sf of retail space. The brand
new Johnson City Town Center is anchored by a
34,000 sf Christmas Tree Shops and is shadowanchored by a Gander Mountain and a Toys “R”
Us. Other tenants include Party City, Petco and
Bed Bath & Beyond.
RITZ-CARLTON
SOUTH BEACH, FLORIDA
“5-Star” Ritz-Carlton Hotel
Two and one half floors were added to the former
Dilido Hotel to create a "5-star" hotel containing 385
rooms and suites, ballrooms, restaurants and retail
space. This Ritz-Carlton benefited from a $110
million renovation. The property is located directly on
the beach in South Beach, FL. The Principals of
McCann were General Partners of the development.
RITZ-CARLTON HOTEL and RESIDENCES
COCONUT GROVE, FLORIDA
“5-Star” Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Condominium Tower
The development is comprised of two 22-story towers
located on a 560,000 sq. ft. parcel. A 5-Star 115 room RitzCarlton Hotel along with 44 Ritz Carlton hotel condominiums
and a residential tower comprised of 131 condominiums.
The Principals of McCann were Managing Members of the
development.

ELMSFORD, NEW YORK
Development of 84,000 square feet, two level Superstore
The property is located on Route 119 and Route
287 (Cross Westchester Expressway) in the heart of
Westchester NY. The store is Bed Bath & Beyond's
"showcase" and largest store in the country.
PATHMARK SHOPPING CENTER
STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK
Development of 64,000 square feet retail
The center consisting of a 53,000 square foot Pathmark
Superstore and 11,000 square feet of retail space is
completely master leased to Pathmark Stores Inc. The
property is located on Arthur Kill Rd and Veterans Rd,
Staten Island, NY.

90,000 square foot Retail Outlet Shopping Center
Expansion upgrade and re-tenanting of a 90,000 square foot designer label outlet center
featuring designers such as Donna Karan, Jones New York, Joan & Davia and Lanndry.
HUNTINGTON MULTIPLEX
HUNTINGTON, NEW YORK
50,000 square foot, 8-Screen Multiplex Theatre
An 8-screen multiplex theatre on two levels is centrally
located in downtown Huntington, Long Island, NY.

REGAL HEIGHTS HEALTHCARE & REHABILITATION CENTER
150,000 square foot, 280-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility
An 8-story, 150,000sf skilled Nursing Care facility located in
Jackson Heights, Queens, containing 280-beds and a 50Adult Day Care skilled nursing facility. McCann Development
was responsible for the ground up construction of the project
and its successful ongoing operations. The project is valued in
excess of $60,000,000.
CHARLOTTE PARTNERS
Development of 5 Commercial Land Parcels Comprising 167 Acres
The project consisted of the
acquisition and development of
five large tracks of land in the
South Sarasota County and
Western Charlotte County
areas
of
Florida.
The
properties were acquired in
2003 and approvals were
received for approximately
1,560,000 square feet of
commercial
development.
Large retail pads on the
various properties were sold to
national retailers such as WalMart and Home Depot for
development of their retail
stores.
DESOTO PARK COMMERCE CENTER
Desoto County, Florida
Mccann acquired and site planned this 429 acres
industrial and commerce park in DeSoto County
along highway 17. DeSoto Park Commerce
Center is located adjacent to the 1.3 million square
foot Wal-Mart Distribution Center and is within
DeSoto County’s one and only enterprise zone.

NORTH OAKS AT CAPE CORAL
Development of 190 Lakefront Lots
Approximately 163 acres located in Cape Coral, Florida was
mined to create a 30+ acre lake and 125 ready-to-build, single
family, lakefront lots. This site is one of the last large buildable
tracts in the Cape Coral area and is a rare master-planned
community with waterfront lots.
MADISON HOUSE
80-Bed Assisted Living Facility
An 80 bed Assisted Living Facility, located in Orlando, Florida. The facility caters to the healthcare
needs of the local area’s aging population, while providing upscale residential accommodations and
dining services to its’ residents.

40-Bed Dedicated Alzheimer’s Facility
A 40 bed Alzheimer’s Facility, located in Orlando, Florida. The facility caters to the specific needs of
its Alzheimer’s afflicted residents, offering cutting edge treatments and healthcare services. The
residents are provided with upscale residential accommodations and dining services.

Redeveloped 125,000 square feet retail
The project was the redevelopment and expansion of a retail shopping center into a 125,000 square
foot center anchored by a new 60,000 square foot Shop Rite grocery superstore and a 25,000
square foot Office Max.

NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT
New 85,000 square foot retail shopping center
A new 85,000 square foot retail shopping center built
on Whalley Avenue, New Haven, Connecticut. The
property is anchored by a 60,000 square foot Shaws
Supermarket and 15,000 square feet of local retailers.

SHIRLEY PLAZA
113,000 square foot shopping mall reconfigured and redeveloped into a retail strip shopping center.
This plaza was reconfigured to convert an outdated and small Pathmark supermarket to a new
60,000 square foot modern facility. The plaza also accommodates approximately 15 other tenants
including a U.S. Post Office facility and Home Federal Savings Bank.
PATCHOGUE COMMONS
Development of a 64,000 square foot Pathmark Superstore.
The property is located at Route 112 and Sunrise
Highway, Patchogue, NY. and is fully leased to Pathmark
Stores Inc.

Ground up development of a 45,000 square foot freestanding Grand Union Superstore, located in

New 150,000 square foot construction of D&B’s worldwide operations center
The complete renovation of D&B's operation’s center in Wilton, CT into their new World

Beyond, anchor the project. McCann acted as
general contractor and developer for the
ownership entity.

This supermarket – anchored center was acquired, redeveloped and expanded.

DEVELOPER
Upstate New York – Albany and Rochester Markets
Mccann Development enjoys a preferred developer
relationship with Walgreen’s.
McCann has
successfully obtained approvals for Walgreen’s in
difficult locations with complications such as historic
architecture requirements, utility access issues and
traffic management concerns, and has even taken
over projects from other Walgreen’s developers at
the request of Walgreen’s.

The project is a free-standing Discovery Zone children’s play center of 15,000 square feet and is
located in Woodbury CT.

10,200 square foot newly built Rite Aid drug store
This project is a newly constructed free-standing
retail building occupied by a Rite Aid drug store
totaling 10,200 square feet. The building is
located just a few minutes north of Yale University
on Whalley Avenue.

17,600 square foot newly built Staples office supply store
This project is a newly constructed free-standing
retail building occupied by a Staples Office supply
store totaling 17,600 square feet. The building is
located just a few minutes north of Yale University

WOODBRIDGE RETAIL CENTER
20,000 square foot fully renovated retail strip center
The center is located on Litchfield Turnpike in Woodbridge, Connecticut and consists of 20,000
square feet of retail space occupied by local merchants.
WOODBRIDGE AUTO CENTER
50,000 square foot fully renovated car dealership facility
The project consisted of the expansion and renovation of a 50,000 square foot vacant dealership
into a fully modernized full service Lincoln Mercury Isuzu dealership. The completed project
consisted of a multiple buildings, including an eighteen bay repair facility and state-of-the-art body
repair and painting facility.
