About Vernice “FlyGirl” Armour
Vernice, aka “FlyGirl”, knows a li le something about focus, commitment, and defying the odds. A er accomplishing her dream of becoming a police officer, she decided, at age 24, to become an Officer in the Marine Corps and a combat pilot. Only 3 years later, she was the United States Marine Corps’ first African American female pilot and, shortly a er, was recognized as America’s First African American Female Combat pilot by the Department of Defense. Upon comple on of two tours in Iraq and leaving the military, Vernice launched VAI Consul ng and Training, LLC. By applying the Zero to Breakthrough™ Success Model to her own company, Vernice produced over six‐figures in revenue within the first 12 months! Her passion is helping others create similar results.
