The Lodges
New custom-built Adirondack lodges offer spectacular lake views.
Each features two bedrooms and two full baths; a fully equipped
kitchen; central heat and air; three televisions; DVD player;
entertainment center; telephones; high speed cable modems; ceiling
fans; a gas fireplace and washer and dryer. Picnic tables and grills are
also available. You’ll fall in love with Lake George’s newest luxury
resort.
The Boathouse Restaurant
Enjoy splendid water’s edge dining at the historic Boathouse
Restaurant on the shores of our exceptional beach. Originally built
in 1876 as part of the Abenia estate – once owned by New York
Times publisher, Adolph Ochs – The Boathouse Restaurant offers
dining with an atmosphere steeped in Adirondack history and
unlimited Lake George views. Your table is waiting!
Weddings, private parties and special events are also welcome.

• Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.
• 50% deposit due on all rentals paid by check or money order.
Final 50% balance to be paid at arrival, cash or credit card,
Visa or Mastercard.
• Visa or Mastercard required at check in for security deposit.
• Two-night minimum on weekends.
• Daily or mid-week cleaning available for an additional charge.
• Maximum occupancy of 6 persons per cabin (including
children) is strictly enforced.

• Check-in is 4 PM, check-out is 10 AM.
• We accept cash, traveler's checks, VISA and MasterCard.
• There is a charge of $25.00 per person, per day for visitors.
• Beach towels are not provided.
• For deposit refund, 60 day cancellation notice is required Mid
June thru September, 30-day cancellation notice required
for Spring and Fall, less a $75 handling fee.
• Reservations are commitments for the full period requested.
No refunds after arrival.
• No pets allowed.
• No boats allowed unless given written confirmation
prior to check-in.
• All boats are $20 per foot per week.
• Lodge numbers are not guaranteed, management reserves the
right to assign different lodge numbers at their discretion.

Albany to the Northway (I-87) to Exit 22.
Take Diamond Point Ramp to traffic light,
turn left on to Route 9N (Lake Shore Drive).
