The most memorable show
was Europa. I met so many
people, was given some
amazing advice, and made
life long friendships which
is the best part to this whole
experience for me.
Being diagnosed with Lupus
motivates me. It forces me to
work hard, push harder, and
not to give up. My doctors
told me working out and
changing my eating would
help. I have been able to go
into remission and not have
flare ups like I used to because of the lifestyle change
I have made. It has not just
been a physical change but
more of a mental one for me
as well. There is someone
having a flare up today and if
I can be their motivation to
get up and just go for a walk
I am complete. Training is
the most difficult part for me
especially not knowing how
I will feel the next day. Some
days i wake up full of energy
feeling like the hulk other
days I am weak no energy
joints hurting and can barely
lift 10 pounds.
Team Blade for my 2016 season so I will be coached by
Dexter and Gale.
My goal is to never let anything stop me or stand in my
way and do so by sticking to
my principals. There are a lot
of times I feel tired so I want
to stay in bed but my principals are greater than my
feelings so i act on principals.
I cant tell someone else to
push if I am reacting on my
feelings and staying in bed.
I have been taking care of
my own prep but have joined
