Equipment must be left in the same condition it was rented. Glen Eyrie does not permit any outside audio visual equipment to be brought and used onsite. Glen Eyrie does not repair or operate any group-owned equipment, such as laptops or instruments. Any equipment cancelled within 24 hours of a function’s start time will be billed at full price. Failure of equipment to perform due to improper usage does not release group from rental charges.
