Girl Scouts Explorer Tin!
The Fall Product Program provides an excellent opportunity for troops and
Individually Registered Members (IRMs) to learn about goal setting,
salesmanship, online marketing and budgeting, as well as earn income to
support their Girl Scout activities. Troops earn proceeds of $1 per item sold
and IRMs earn Cookie Dough reward cards in place of troop proceeds.
All girls can earn additional patches and rewards through selling nuts,
candy and magazines provided in partnership with Ashdon
Farms and M2 Media Group (see reverse).

SUPM CHECKLIST



6/30: SUPM name and contact information to [email protected].
Mid-August: SUPMs receive sale materials and non-chocolate sample assortment directly from
Ashdon Farms.
8/23-8/25: Attend workshop to receive additional print materials, chocolate sample assortment and
experience Nut-E and Me2 avatar online ordering systems. All workshops occur at the Girl Scouts of
Western Washington offices. RSVP to [email protected] 48 hours prior to
workshop so that your materials are at the correct location.







8/23, 6:30-8:30pm Bremerton
8/24, 6:30-8:30pm DuPont
8/25, 1:00-3:00pm Bellevue
8/25, 6:30-8:30pm Everett
September: SUPM will schedule training and times for troops/IRMs to pick
up sale materials, including order cards and parent permission forms. Troop
Product Manager training materials are available on the Nut-E website to assist
you in training. Remember, troops order exactly the items they need. No extras
to get rid of, no re-orders, no booth sales to schedule...EASY!
10/26-10/29: Distribute products to troops/IRMs
11/16-11/23: Reconcile troop envelopes
