Bottle loaded and Bottle Unscrambler
PPL-700U turn-table unscrambler
It is used for automatically unscramblering in different kinds
of containers (round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles).
It is widely used in pharmaceutical fields, health care
products fields, foods area etc.
The operation is very convenient that it only needs one
switch and one frequency knob.
When you change products, it only needs to adjust the
copper nut to change the exit width.
PPL-700A Automatic bottle unscrambler machine

Performance
Touch screen PLC control, automatically unscrambling bottles according to the producing status, auto-stop when bottles
blocked.
Equipped with static dedust device. Can clean the inside and outside of the bottles (optional).
It fits for different kinds of containers' unscrambling and arrangement. It is easy to change products' specification.
The hopper door can be opened and closed through operation on the touch screen; it is easy for charging materials and
dustproof.

AUTOMATIC HIGH SPEED COUNTING MACHINE
Technical parameters
Performance
•It can count accurately and fill round tablets, pills, capsules, transparent soft gelatin capsules, irregular pills into
container.
•High speed. One of them has 16 channels which can count 20~60 bottles per min, for the one which has 32 channels
that can reach 60-120 bottles per min.
•The machine would auto-alarm workers when the bottles supplying is not enough or the bottles blocked or the bottles
falled down. The machine would pause there. When the problems are solved, the machine can return back to normal.
It doesn't need certain people to monitor it.
•3-stages dust collection design, the dust is removed when granules dropping .which avoid dust affecting the counting
precision
•Key pneumatic parts, especially integrated solenoid valve and cylinder for shutting door, are from Japan CKD.
Ensures filling accuracy
•Use IR (infrared ray) dynamic scan technology, counting accuracy with alarm function when problems occur.
•You can set the quantity of the drugs (15~9999) through the touch screen. Monitor the drugs dropping status on each
channel.
