His experience of more than fifteen years as a Project Engineer for prominent MEP
contractors in the Philippines and Thailand, as well as a Senior Engineering
Manager for a successful consultancy in Bangkok for eight years makes him a

engineering support. He provides a much-needed liaison between our Design
Engineers and our Clients during the design coordination and construction phases
of projects for which we produce the MEP designs. This service helps assure the

Satit Chairattana-Apirom - Senior Associate - Electrical Engineering
He oversees the operations of the Electrical Engineering Section. His
present and previous responsibilities include several disciplines of design,
estimating and installation on high-rise, commercial, factory, power plant
and substation projects. His strengths in these areas are invaluable to his
responsibilities in overseeing the Company's Electrical Engineering
functions.
Stan Zydel - Assistant Director
Stan has over forty five years of experience in a wide range of project types
and geographical locations, utilizing a diverse skill set. Initially trained in
Marine Mechanical Engineering, Stan has additional education in the
off-shore Oil & Gas industry, hospitality and facilities management.
Recent positions of relevance are in managing a dedicated MEP consulting
firm, undertaking various projects including high-end resorts, hotels, and
residences. Recently, with Beca Warnes, Stan has coordinated with MEP
designers for projects in Jordan and Thailand, and is responsible for
spearheading Beca Warnes into the MEP arena in a manner appropriate for
the high regard and professional respect afforded Warnes as civil and
structural engineers since its inception.
Noravee Jutangka – Senior Associate –Mechanical Engineering
His experience in Mechanical, Sanitary and Fire Protection Engineering in
high rise buildings is a welcome addition to the Beca Warnes MEPF team.
Further he has a professional license as an Environmental Engineer.
He has worked in those capacities on many prominent Bangkok residential,
hotel and commercial buildings over the past 11 years
