Thebasicpremiseoftheseminaristhat,inthecurrentbusinessenvironment,CSRnolongeris
practicethatonechoosestofollowornot.Ithasbecomearequiredcomponentofeverycompany
andorganizationintheindustry,whichindividuallymustbeabletodescribeitsapproach,andif
possiblequantifyit.Therewasaspecialfocusonthecolouredgemstonesector,withthreeofthe
speakersassociatedwiththatindustry.
