all levels. Settled in USA, France, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Morocco, Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica, Dominican
Republic and Mexico, the company also has collaborators in other
countries such as Portugal, Israel, Nigeria, or Brazil.
SEMI has been working at the Rota Naval Station (Spain) for over 12 years,
performing a significant amount of
projects for the US Government. SEMI
has successfully carried out the TOC
2003-2007 and the TOC 2007-2012
contracts, the PAVING contract for
2004-2009, and it has been one of the
successful contractors for the MACC
2005-2010, all for Naval Station Rota
(Spain). SEMI is currently a contractor
for the MACC 2010-2015 contract and
the IDIQ 2012-2017 awardee. Furthermore, SEMI is currently performing
the Paint IDIQ Contract at Moron Air
Base (Spain) with excellent results. This
experience has led SEMI to fully understand our main Clients performance
philosophy and needs, enabling us

In addition to performing Engineering and
Installation projects, SEMI has performed
Construction and Architecture projects of
several magnitudes. In many of these, SEMI
has participated partially working on systems within facilities, but it has also executed
global construction projects which go from
the management of administrative licenses
to fully performance thereof. Therefore,
SEMI has performed complete construction
projects, from earthwork and foundations to
interior systems.

As regards Civil Work, SEMI has worked in
all types of underground utility systems as
well as roads, including repair and new construction of asphalt or concrete pavement,
material laydown areas, surface parking

advanced machinery for these tasks, and
has even incorporated 2D and 3D software
in grading equipment.

For five years the Company developed a
specific pavement maintenance contract
that involved the construction and repair of
concrete or asphalt pavement roads and
surfaces, including marking thereof, for the
US Government at Naval Station Rota.
Pneumatic Systems
Decontamination Activities: asbestos, lead, PCBs, etc.
SEMI counts with a Decontamination Department centered mainly on the maintenance, repair and abatement of asbestos
containing material, including the supervision, inspection, consulting, planning and
project development of such projects.
Currently, SEMI relies on a human team of
half a hundred people awarded with training
programs which go from forty to one hundred and thirty hours. Moreover, all team
members have also been certified by the EPA
(“Environmental Protection Agency”).
SEMI possesses the latest and most advanced technical resources and means in
the market, such as the five-stage decontamination unit, last generation depressors
and the laser particle counter.

projects, from earthwork and foundations to
interior systems.

SEMI has been working at the Rota Naval Station (Spain) for over 12 years,
performing a significant amount of
projects for the US Government. SEMI
has successfully carried out the TOC
2003-2007 and the TOC 2007-2012
contracts, the PAVING contract for
2004-2009, and it has been one of the
successful contractors for the MACC
2005-2010, all for Naval Station Rota
(Spain). SEMI is currently a contractor
for the MACC 2010-2015 contract and
the IDIQ 2012-2017 awardee. Furthermore, SEMI is currently performing
the Paint IDIQ Contract at Moron Air
Base (Spain) with excellent results. This
experience has led SEMI to fully understand our main Clients performance
