Day 1
Reception at Punta Arenas Airport.
Regular transfer in minibus from President Ibáñez Airport, bordering the beautiful and legendary Strait of Magellan to
the Hotel, located near the main streets, avenues, museums and the Main Square. Many other attractions and
activities to enjoy all year round for all ages. Museums, skiing, golfing, winter carnival and folkloric music festival,
navigation on the channels and the Strait of Magellan, for sighting of penguins and whales.

Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel
This day you can choose among a regular tour to Fort Bulnes: This is an historic place where you can better see
the legendary Land of Fire island (Tierra del Fuego), Dawson Island and Darwin Mountain range, with its majestic
mountain of ice “Sarmiento Mount”. On the way you will see fishing boats, farms, the monolith of the “central
geographical of Chile”, remainders of the city King Felipe, founded in 1537 and the remaining few kilometres where
the American Continent ends. Or: Take a regular tour to Otway penguin’s colony, (located 70kms./44mls.north of
the City) where thousands of penguins come each year for nesting among the months of October until March (tour
operates during these months only). Entrance ticket to Fort Bulnes or Penguin’s colony are included.
In the afternoon you will enjoy an interesting regular tour of Punta Arenas City. A wonderful sightseeing of the city,
their buildings and Patagonian mansions that reflect the magnificent past of the southernmost region of the world.

kms/156mls north). It is a 3 hours trip through the enormous extensions of the Patagonian pampas, beautiful

Semiprivate tour in minibus with bilingual guide to Torres del Paine National Park. Early departure at around
7.30Am. We will visit Milodón`s Cave, where the prehistorical animals were founded, passing through Cerro
Castillo, Lago Sarmiento, Laguna Amarga, Lago Nordenskjold, Salto Grande waterfalls, Lago Pehoe and Lago
Grey with a magnificentt view of the impressive glaciers, lakes and icebergs. You will have time to walk to the
lake. Return to Puerto Natales. A fixe menu lunch in Torres del Paine is included. Entrance tickets are included.
Please note that the entrance to the National Park could be via the new road by Milodon, Laguna Amarga or Lago
Sarmiento, it will depend on the weather and tour conditions.

Full day excursion navigating Beagle chanel to penguin’s island and Estancia Harberton (without visit), 90 kms., from the
city. Harberton lands were given by the argentinan Presidente Roca to the british prist Thomas Bridges in honor to his
contribution to the country and specially on the historical relation with the natives. From that point you can see Monte
Olivia, Carbajal valley, the ski resort Altos del Valle de los K\Huskies, Nunatak refuge, Tierra Mayor, Las Cotorras and Cerro
Castor. In route you can observe seawolf’s island and Martillo penguin’s island. After 20 minutes the boat will get close to the
bird’s island with its cormorans, Albatros, Petreles Fullman, Petreles, Squas. Departing from the city pier Don Eduardo
Brisighelli and facing the most importants buildings in Ushuaia and it sorroundings. Such as the Nautical museum, The End of
the World museum; mountains Olivia, Cinco Hermanos; the ranchs Estancias Fique y Túnel; hills montes Escarpados and
Encajonado. From the city the catamaran will navigate in the Beagle chanel southeast to the lighthouse Faro Les Eclaireus as
well as to seawolf’s island to enjoy the view and games of those mammals.

Excursión Nacional Park Tierra del Fuego. Is a half day tour aorund 4 hours. The park is 20 kms., from the city and the route

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Rates. The rates are in American dollars, whose conversion to Chilean national currency will be determined by the rate of
exchange the Company sets. The rates include what is stipulated and mentioned in these programs only. Any personal
consumption that is not specified literally will be considered as an extra expense and the passenger must pay before departure of
the Hotel/Hostel. The rates will subject to change without prior notice. Our services do not include any insurance, such as:
accidents, life, health, trip, cancellation. The Company will not be responsible by damages either personal or material.
Luggage. We suggest bringing a reduced luggage. The Company is not responsible by the loss, delay or damage of the luggage
or of its content. The Company and its suppliers reserve the right to access the luggage or items considered dangerous or harmful
to the people or facilities involved in the service.
Schedules. The schedule of entrance and departures is set by each supplier. As for the other services, the Company reserves
the right to modify and to alter such schedules if the circumstances require it. Our Company is not responsible for the delay,
modification or cancellation in the schedules of services and the additional charges it may bring it to the participant, should the
climatic and geographical conditions of the area where travel occurs.
Routes and Itineraries. The Company and its suppliers, have the right to alter reserved and itineraries established, time of
continuance, if thus the circumstances require for the security and integrity of the participants, without previous notice.
General & Health Insurance. Patagonia Magallanes- Travelmarket Ltda. and the services we provide doesn't include any
insurance and will not be liable for any accident, injury, illness or death during the travel and the services we provide throught
suppliers. Nor will it be for any trip cancellation, loses of baggage or properties, medical services, emergency evacuation, baggage
or travel delay, collision/damage, flight or cruisse insurances. So our company suggest to the passenger to contract one. Once
the customers pay this reservation they accept those conditions and policies.
Personal values. The Company is not responsible by any loss, misplace or stolen money, checks, jewellery or other objects of
value. Minors. The conditions established by each supplier of service will apply.
Reservation and Payments. Reservations can be requested in writing or verbally and will be on request, until a guarantee
deposit or payment is received by the Company. Confirmation of the services and payments will be subject to the following time
limits until full payments are received:
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS:
30% deposit at within seven (7) days of reservation.
40% deposit within thirty-two (32) days before the arrival of the passenger.
30% deposit fifteen (15) days before the arrival of the passenger
GROUPS RESERVATIONS :
30% deposit at within seven (7) days of reservation
40% deposit within sixty (600 days before the arrival of the group.
30% deposit thirty (30) days before the arrival of the group.
Modifications and cancellation of confirmed services: Modifications should be done fifteen (15) days prior of the arrival of the
passenger(s). They will be subject to availability and maintaining the same characteristics of the original season, service and
product. In the event that the client changes to a lower rate, the Company will not refund any amount paid. In the event that the
client chooses a higher rate, the difference should be paid. In both cases the client will be charge with penalties according to the
general conditions mention herewith. All the cancellations, modifications, partial or total participation, should be done in writing or
in person at the Company’s offices and they will be subject to the penalties established in these Conditions. If the passenger is a
“no-show”, the Company will forfeit the totality of amounts paid and will remain exercise the right to use the confirmed space(s) or
place, without any restrictions, replacements or compensations.
Penalties. By cancellations, modifications, no-shows, unused portion(s) or the totality of the reservations or services hired, the
Company will charge a penalty on the total value paid, within the following time limit or according the policies of the providers of
services, as follows:
INDIVIDUALS (1-7 passengers)
Between 60 and 45 days before the arrival of the passenger(s) a 15% of the amounts paid.
Between 44 and 20 days before the arrival of the passenger(s) a 50% of the amounts paid.
Between 19 and 0 days before the arrival of the passenger(s) a 100% of the amounts paid.
GROUPS (8+ passengers)
Between 60 and 45 days before the arrival of the passenger(s) a 30% of the amounts paid.
Between 44 and 20 days before the arrival of the passenger(s) a 60% of the amounts paid.
Between 19 and 0 days before the arrival of the passenger(s) a 100% of the amounts paid.
