Bid Management Process for Financial Services Sector
The process involves automation of bid process from the initiation to final sign-off and bid status update in
the system. The process will flow through various approval levels at different stages. The process is initiated
by the Bid Manager based on the RFP received from the financial institution, creates project plan and gets
approval from the Business Head.
All these processes will have different user groups who will update the status of the each action involved of
these process. The users (Roles) are Form based which will be defined and maintained in the system. Each
action in the process is associated with a pre-defined service level timeline.
