From: Newark Airport. Follow signs to Route 22
West. Travel 9.50 miles to Springfield Avenue
overpass. Go under the bridge and take the first
ramp on the right. Cross over bridge, go
straight to the third stoplight, East Broad
Street. Turn right, follow East Broad Street
through Westfield Business Center. At the third
stoplight, turn left onto North Avenue and the

Our Eco-Friendly accomplishments consist of:
• Installed low flow toilets and showerheads in guestrooms to reduce
water consumption
• Installed compact fluorescent lights in all guestrooms to reduce electric
consumption compared to incandescent lighting.
• We give our guests the option to re-use linens & towels which reduces
our detergent and water use.
• Implemented a green cleaning program that uses EPA Certified cleaners
• Offer Fair Trade Coffee & Ito En Green tea on breakfast and lobby
• Using single stream organic recycling in restaurant and guestroom
• Uses Organic Waste Recycling for food composting
• We use electronic marketing in an effort to cut down paper usage
• We purchase 100% renewable energy and are monitoring electric, gas
and water usage to measure our environmental performance
• We completed the American Hotel and Lodging 11 minimum Green
Guidelines
