Baan Chao Lay offering guests a superior standard of
accommodation from its classy, design to its contemporary
interior, this villa has certainly been built with quality in mind.
Entering through the villas inner gates, to the left and right
you find four out of the properties five bedrooms. Located in
two separate pavilions with two bedrooms in each, these
bedrooms consist of 4 double beds with own en-suite and
decorative garden.
Within the central courtyard is the swimming pool with
Jacuzzi. Wrapping around this area is the combined
kitchen/dining/living room and on the opposite side the
master bedroom with en-suite. Both of these pavilions have
stunning water views and some of the most stunning sunsets
you will ever witness.
The living room with its adjacent kitchen/dining area is a
fantastic place for relaxing and entertaining alike and with
direct access to the pool deck, garden and beach frontage this
opens up to its surrounding environment.
The master bedroom offers similar conveniences of being able
to open up completely to entice the senses of the beach and
garden and offers guests a calming area to rest.
Baan Kilee

Baan Kilee is situated on Samui’s unspoilt west coast, and
boasts 30 metres of prime beach frontage looking out towards
the famous Five Islands with beautiful sunsets viewed straight
from the property’s many terraces. Baan Kilee takes open-plan
design to new levels and blurs the distinction between the
indoor and outdoor worlds. Specifically designed doors and
windows can be folded back, while the natural world is also
made welcome through the choice of cedar wood shingles for
the roofs, which help the villa blend subtly with its
surrounding. A swathe of beach side lawn fronts the living
areas.
As you enter this expansive villa through a large sliding door,
you enter an attractive garden with an orchid-covered
walkway that passes by an attractive lily pond and leads to the
main dining room. Inside, two suspended seats that hang on
chains from the ceiling, and the large dining table presents a
spectacular place entertain friends or guests. On the left side
these individual buildings house the villa’s main living room,
lounge and kitchen respectively, while on the right hand side
you find two large, comfortably furnished guest bedrooms with
specially designed drop-down wooden staircases connecting to
two loft rooms ideal accommodation for children.

Baan Mika holds a prime beachfront location and the rustic
feel of the outer-wall is mirrored in the wooden doors,
windows, and furniture. Thatched Salas, rattan-lined vaulted
ceilings and wooden roofs all add to the rural ambience.
However, Baan Mika enjoys all the comforts and technology of
a modern luxury home.
This villa focuses around a central swimming pool that runs
almost the whole length of the villa up to the beach. The
open-plan lounge building on the right contains a mix of
traditional and contemporary furniture in areas defined for
relaxing and entertainment. The right bedroom pavilion
contains two double-bedrooms with separate en-suite
bathrooms, each with outdoor bathtub and shower. A door
links the two rooms. Next is the master-pavilion with shower
room, dressing area, bedroom, seating area and sliding doors
to a large terrazzo bath tub; from which you can enjoy the
views out to sea. Beyond this room is a Sala with an outdoor
lounge. On the opposite side of the pool is another Sala with
kitchen, BBQ and dining area. There are two bedroom
pavilions identical to the opposite ones and, at the entrance
end, the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a large
island feature and branded appliances.
Baan Ora Chon

A very special property with bold architecture and cutting
edge design features, Baan Ora Chon is definitely an eyecatching home. From the minute you arrive at the stonewalled entrance you will want to explore this property. The
intricate layout has a captivating charm with staircases and
pathways linking the different levels of the accommodation
and creating an interesting design.
Directly in front of the entrance is the main living pavilion
approached via wide stone steps. On the left is the elevated
living and dining area with vaulted ceiling and a balcony that
looks over the garden, the pool and the ocean. To the right are
steps leading over a water feature and to a two-storey
building. Upstairs is a bedroom with dressing area; en-suite
bathroom, incorporating an outdoor bathtub; and two
balconies. Downstairs is a further en-suite bedroom. Stairs
from the living area go down to the fitted kitchen and
lounge/TV room. Steps go to an en-suite bedroom with
covered terrace. On the right side of the property is a pavilion
housing two further bedrooms separated by an inner garden
area and each with a dressing area, en-suite and outdoor
bathtub. To the left are the infinity swimming pool with bar
and kitchen and then there’s the white-sand beach.
Baan Phulay

On entering you’re faced with an astonishing view through the
villa grounds along the central pathway to the ocean. Five
pavilions provide the living space and there’s a stylish black
slate-edged swimming pool.
The first pavilion on the right has two double en-suite
bedrooms on the ground floor. A staircase leads upstairs to a
comfortable relaxing area and a double-bedroom with large
sun terrace and en-suite bathroom with a luxurious stone, seaview bathtub.
At the end of this pavilion there is a terrace and a lotus pond
with wooden bridge over to an island Sala feature. The next
building has another bathroom, a fully-fitted kitchen, open
plan dining area and a comfortable lounge. At the front is the
pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, garden and access to the
exceptional white-sand beach.
The opposite side of the property has the master-suite, with
lounge area, four-poster bed; dressing area; and a feature
outdoor bathroom. The final pavilion has a family room on the
ground floor and an upstairs bedroom with sun terrace and
outdoor bathtub. Baan Phulay is a spacious, five-bedroom villa

Once through the entrance and past the lily pond to the left is
a garden with children’s play area. A covered pathway leads to
a pavilion that houses two en-suite bedrooms with indoor and
outdoor showers. One has twin beds, the other a four-poster
bed.Directly in front of the entrance is a two-storey pavilion.
The ground floor consists of an open-plan living area with
stylish fitted kitchen. At one end is a wine cellar which serves
as a backdrop to a 100” pull-down cinema screen.
The wall-less appearance creates a light and airy living space
and the room is furnished with comfortable sofas, interesting
ornaments and solid teak coffee tables. The dining area has a
matching teak table seating 12.
There’s a terrace for outdoor dining, entertaining or simply
enjoying the view. A staircase leads up to two further en-suite
bedrooms with bathtubs, which share a balcony at the front
and combine luxury, practicality and sea views. A landscaped
garden links to the pool and another pavilion with two further
double bedrooms, each with four-poster beds, walk-in dressing
rooms and en-suite bathrooms with pool side terrazzo
bathtubs. The pool Sala has a bar with seats set inside the
infinity pool; a dining area; all-weather furniture; and BBQ.

Nestled in the heart of tranquillity in the hills of Bophut, Ban
Kinaree strikes an idyllic balance between contemporary

into the entrance garden. Wooden beds sit on polished wood
floors and are dressed with green and blue silk cushions and
throws. The bathroom has an aquamarine mosaic tile effect in
the shower room.
The terrace in front of the dining area has a central water
feature with a Thai sculpture sitting in the centre. To the left
is another bedroom pavilion having a double bed, dressing
area, bathroom with shower, free-standing bathtub and inner
garden with outdoor shower.
The main living pavilion, natural materials dominate with
leather, wood, bamboo and water hyacinth making up the
majority of the furniture. And cleverly selected Thai
ornaments and artefacts provide a traditional element that
complements the modern artwork and furniture designs. To
the right is the sizeable blue-tiled swimming pool which leads
down to a sala that contains a bathroom, kitchen and
entertainment area with an imposing dining table and ample

Baan Tao Talay is a traditionally furnished villa, with the
emphasis on using natural materials and combining them with

surrounded by ornate furniture, traditional Thai figurines and
abstract artwork. The kitchen is divided from the dining area
by sliding dark wood and glass doors. The fully equipped
kitchen has wooden units and is illuminated by hanging red
lampshades and matching red seat covers on the breakfast bar
stools.
The master suite at the front is another room with four-poster
bed and to the side is a stylish wooden cabinet with an
unusual glass lamp. The slate tiled balcony has a modern table
and chairs overlooking the garden and ocean. The bathroom
has a sunken bath.
The end of the lounge looks across the garden through a

ocean. This room has been built to house an indoor Balinese
Temple and surrounding this are comfortable sofas. Steps lead
