KANAGAWA Automotive Industry Companies
Kanagawa prefecture, located in the Tokyo metropolitan area which accounts for 33% of the
population and 37% of the economy of Japan, is an attractive area continuing to develop due to a
great number of leading companies and an abundant industrial human resource.
A great number of automotive-related enterprises with high technologies have gathered in Kanagawa
prefecture.
Three organizations, namely, the prefectural government, Kanagawa Industrial Promotion Center
(KIP), and Japan External Trade Organization Yokohama Trade Information Center (JETRO
Yokohama), have joined together to introduce companies from those automotive-related enterprises
that have been recommended by local governments or economic organizations and are particularly
targeted for carrying out or expanding business overseas.

Because it is a composite material, it is 33mm thick and can absorb and
shield all low and high sound. Because this product is built-in type, and
it has mechanical property, it brings better sound absorption compared
with the previous materials. Also, there is aluminum shrouded on both
sides, so it has a good endurance, and is easy to move, water proof,
and fire retardant. It is suitable for factories, outdoors, and new
buildings.
At present, this material can restrain the echo inside a room when
installed in big facilities, is used for acoustic walls, and also can be used
for the built-in application of products.

With the technology of [Hitori-Shizuka] series of the factory, the light thin
panels which have the function of absorbing and shielding low and high
sound are used in audios. In terms of audios, we consult with currently
active mixers and musicians to improve its performance and
specifications. This material was used by Tokyo Modern Art Gallery and
exhibition fairs abroad in 2012, and received good comments
afterwards.
We participated in the 135th AES COVENTION in USE in Oct 2013 and
received high assessments.

As the manufacturer of silicone rubber heaters, we are best
at freeze prevention, heat preservation, heating and
pre-heat treatment of all shapes such as pipes, tanks, cans,
and surfaces. We can make from one piece to mass
production, and can handle from -50℃ as the lowest
temperature and 700℃ as the high temperature.

tolerance:±0.015mm.
Control the thickness of the finished sheet by squeezed and
compressed transformation while controlling the hardening to avoid
stress cracking.
2 Excursion fin and material: aluminum thickness 0.4mm, pitch of
grooves: 5mm, bending degree on the feeding direction: within
0.5mm/100mm.
Because complicated excursed forms will cause many deformed
areas, it is used to control the springback of each area to avoid
bending.
3 Knurling fin and material: SUS304, thickness: 0.3mm, pitch of
grooves: 5mm, flatness: within 0.1mm.
One stop procedure of our press conducts complicated processing
with many deformed areas, but we restrain the distortion to create
high flatness.
