Tactical Local Area Network (TACLAN)
Program Overview

TACLAN is a modular, scalable suite of computer network equipment
and workstations, providing functionality similar to the SOF garrison
Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and, Intelligence,
Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities

TACLAN extends C4I capabilities to tactical SOF locations to
accomplish the timely exchange of information between deployed
and garrison SOF headquarters

TACLAN merges numerous deployed SOF automation efforts into a
consolidated infrastructure program consisting of hardware and SOF
validated software applications that comply with the current policies
and directives

The TACLAN program consists of TACLAN Suites, Mission Planning
Kits (MPKs), Field Computing Devices (FCDs), and Psychological
Deployable Workstations (PDWs)

TACLAN Production Conditions

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, facilities,
materials, equipment, software and services necessary
to perform the tasks to be specified in the PWS/SOW

The Contractor shall identify, provide, and maintain for
the duration of the contract appropriately SCI cleared key
personnel to be specified in the PWS/SOW

The Contractor shall conduct conferences, reviews, and
audits to be specified in the PWS/SOW

All Production and Implementation will be accomplished
IAW CIO policies and procedures as administered by the
ITMO
