The annual Playhouse trip to the Stratford Festival
of Canada departs from Brockville, Gananoque, and
Kingston on September 30, 2016.

Our first stop will be the delightful hamlet of
Shakespeare. Here you can visit any number of
wonderful quilt, antique and specialty giftware shops.

From there it is just a short drive to Stratford,
where we will disembark the bus at The Arden
Park Hotel. After check-in at The Arden Park, you
will enjoy a fabulous dinner at the Revival House
Restaurant – then on to the Festival Theatre for a
performance of Shakespeares masterwork about
ambition, conspiracy and consequences, Macbeth.

Saturday morning begins with a breakfast at the
hotel, followed by some leisure time, and find some
lunch at the eatery of their choosing. Participants
will have time to visit Straford take in the sites,
enjoy shopping on the beautiful main street, or
walking along the river to enjoy the gardens or
catch a glimpse of one of the famous Swans.
On Saturday afternoon, guests will take in a
matinee performance of the dazzling romantic
musical A Little Night Music then return to the
hotel for a lovely buffet dinner. After dinner guests
will go to the Avon Theatre to see a performance of
the magical Lion, Witch and The Wardrobe.
Sunday begins with breakfast at the hotel before
embarking on an exclusive backstage tour of the
Festival Theatre.

one final stop in Colborne at the Big Apple to enjoy
a short break and some pie!

the pleasure of the participants and that neither the
Playhouse, members of the Tour Committee, nor Howard
Travel assume any responsibility for injury, damage, loss
or additional cost experienced on the tour. Additionally,
I/we understand that if I/we cancel, a refund will not
be given unless Cancellation Insurance has been
purchased. After August 15, 2016 a cancellation fee will
be deducted from any refunds except from those where a
replacement has been found.
