Les Menuires is situated at an altitude of 1850 meter in the first
Valley of the famous "Les Trois Vallées" area and is one of the
highest and most attractive ski resorts of the French Alps. Les
Menuires offers the skitoerist facilities such as shops,
restaurants and catering establishments. There is plenty of
entertainment for young and old. An extensive system of lifts
provides various possibilities to reach the Les Menuires, Trois
Vallées area. A maximum snow guaranty thanks to an altitude
of 1300 to 3250 meters. A modern infrastructure with 200 ski
lifts guarntees you, even in the high seasons, that you
practically do not have to wait for a ski lift. With 283 runs and a
total length of 600 km, there is a lot of variation for both the
novice and the experienced skier. Also snowboarders and

The chalet park "Le Hameau des Marmottes" is uniquely
situated on the slopes in the village part of Preyerend. The
park consists of 22 individual chalets and 3 chalet buildings,
each with 10 apartments. These are built in traditional
Savoyard style, with centraly located a covered parking
garage.

The accommodation being on a ideal location near the slopes
makes it possible to ski directly towards the ski lift of Tortellet,
with a direct access to the entire Trois Vallées area. Skiing
back to the chalet village is possible.
The chalet was built in Savoyard style with natural stone and
wood from the area. It has 3 living levels with a floor surface of
153m² and a corner balcony on the south/west of 17m². The
living space, next to the entrance, offers you a generous living
room with exposed beams and a beautiful fireplace, a fully
equipped corner kitchen with a robust dining table and a sitting
