There is now an opportunity to
revive these buildings, possibly even
combining them in one new building?
Or perhaps even combining the building
in the construction of a new concrete
skate park?

This is clearly a large cost project and could only be achieved with
considerable external funding bids.

The pavilions in Hoglands Park need a new life. The tower is
significant as regards the park's registration. It is currently used
as cricket changing rooms and for storage of maintenance
equipment.
The Toilets are only open on match days and unavailable
at all other times.
Youth Services ran a successful drop-in center for young people who
frequent the park, especially for the skatepark facilities.
Now this can't be supported financially, so has fallen out of use.
