Device Registration Walkthrough

Congratulations! On your Car ConnectionTM purchase. Now let’s register the
device so you can start to monitor, manage, and maintain your vehicle.
Open your web browser, and go to www.mycar-connection.com
Click “Activate Device”
Once clicked, you will be directed to the
registration portal where in the next 5 minutes
you will complete your activation.

Please read the instructions
before getting started.
Start Your Registration
Once you have read the instructions and have
all of your necessary information at hand,
press “Continue”.

IMEI Number
Quantity of Devices
Enter the IMEI number for your
device.
Type in the number of devices
you wish to register. A field will
appear for each ID.
* TIP: The IMEI serial number is located on
a white sticker. You can find this on the
device or on the bottom of the package.
Click “Continue” when
ready

Choose Your Service Plan
Select your

Review Your Cart
Check if your service plan is
correct. When ready click “Proceed
to Checkout” to continue.

Click to Accept

Account Registration Screen
New Customer
Upon activating your device, the next
step is to register as a user. Enter
your Name, Email Address and
choose a Password. Click
“Continue” when finished.
Returning Customer
Upon activating your device, the next
step is to log into your Car
Connection Account. Enter your
Email Address and Password. Click
”Continue” when finished.

Billing Information
New Billing Address
Fill in required billing information. The
asterisk notes the required fields
needed to be filled. Click “Continue”
to move on.
Payment Information
Enter your credit card information in
the required fields. Click “Continue”
to move on.

Order Summary and Thank you Screen
Review Your Order!
Please review your order summary and double check if your
information is correct. When you are sure everything is
correct click “Submit Order” to continue.
Congratulations!
You have completed your device activation and account registration. You will
now be automatically directed to the Car Connection web page to sign in.

Installation & Support:
Car Connection plugs directly into the vehicles OBDII port
under the dash which is located within 3 feet of the driver’s
seat – NO tools are required to access.

For certain applications, the Car Connection module may
interfere with driver’s knees or the customer may want to
hide the module. For those instances a “Y-harness” may be
purchased as an additional accessory.
