Allowing you to earn income

SUNPLAY management will ensure that,
if you intend to spend less than 12 months
per year at SUNPLAY, and you elect to do so,
your apartment will be put into the leasing
pool for a period of time specified by you
(ideally not less than 3 months per time).
Your personal belongings can be stored in your private lockable storeroom, and we will
ensure that only qualified lessees will be selected to rent from our pool of rental units.
This will be done on a profit sharing basis, after deduction of expenses and management
fees, enabling you to earn money from your investment, on an optional basis.

Macarthur Projects
Bangsaray Property Co.,Ltd is a Thai property
company which owns the entire 28 hectares site,
of which approximately 12,500 M2 will be used for
the 70 Heights Condominiums and 5,500 M2 for
the Club House and surrounding gardens.
Macarthur Projects is owned by Mr. Gregory
Walker.
It is a specialist Senior Living real estate developer,
with much of its product located in the prestigious
northern beaches suburbs of Sydney, Australia.
The entire site is held on a freehold basis. The Heights
land will be titled under the Condominium Act.
Macarthur’s experienced management team and
team of architectural, property, legal and accounting advisors have a long history of identifying
exceptional sites, acquiring them at reasonable
prices, upgrading the use of the site to Australian
Senior Living Standards (enabling upgrades in land
values) designing very sector appropriate sites of
the highest quality, developing and eventually
selling this at substantial premiums to surrounding
residential developments.
The Club will be owned and operated by Sunplay
Club Bangsaray Ltd. Clients who buy a condominium
will be granted membership to the Club for two
years from the final settlement date

Founder, Chairman and CEO of the
MAC Capital Group
A British national based in Thailand since 1977, his
career has spanned property development, food
trading, logistics, and business consultancy. Chris
was Chairman and acting CEO of Golden Land Plc
from 2005 to 2012. During this time, Golden Land
developed the award-winning 75,000 m2 Sathorn
Square, W Hotel Bangkok, the heritage restoration
of the former Russian Embassy and adjacent
Infinity Condominiums.
In 1989, Chris formed Somkid Gardens Ltd, then
the benchmark for high-end condominiums in
Bangkok. Chris founded Siam Food Services in
1984, selling the company to Diethelm Ltd
(Switzerland) in 2000. Prior to this, he worked as an
executive at HK Land/Dairy Farm Group in Hong
Kong and Bangkok. He is currently based in
Bangkok, where he runs his property consultancy
company, United Max International (HK) Ltd.
He is also a founder and Director of Global Alliance
Partners,
an
investment
banking,
funds
management and stock brokerage group with
operations in 26 countries. In the Property Sector,
as Executive Chairman, he led an investor group
which rescued Thailand-based Raimon Land Plc,
acquiring 80% of this then faltering property
company for USD 2.5 million and eventually selling
49 per cent to Istithmar (Dubai) and IFA Hotels and
Resorts (Kuwait) for a total of US$ 64 million. He
also sat on the Board of Eastern Star Plc (Thai
property company), which was Chaired by a
well-respected former Prime Minister of Thailand.
Mr. McMillen’s previous career included positions
as CEO of Seamico Securities Plc (one of
Thailand’s largest stock brokers), Managing
Director of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Thai, of
General Finance and Securities Plc, (both in
Thailand), Principal, Mergers and Acquisitions,
Ernst & Young (Hong Kong), Senior Manager of
Hambros Bank Limited (Sydney) and Senior
Manager, Baker Rooke (London).
