Hello all members... I hope this newsletter is finding each and everyone of
you happy and healthy. Now that the snow is finally melted and the sun
is shining, I feel like we can all move on towards a productive year.
We have a few things going on this year. The biggie... Short Sales,
they are everywhere. We see more and more as time goes on. It seems
with each one we learn more and more of what to do and not to do, but
we are all still very much in the learning stages of these transactions.
I have booked a seminar with Barry Goodman and Mimi Weisinger for our membership on Tuesday,
April 20, at the Heritage House in Millville. Barry and Mimi will bring us up to date with short sales
and answer any questions you may have.
PLEASE MARK THE DATE.
This year I would like our membership to really pay special attention to RPAC. In 2009 our Board placed
2nd in the state for medium board participation and 3rd in the state for dollars collected. RPAC is so very
important to us and our industry...lets work together and place #1 in 2010.
I am sure you all know by now, that we are hosting an RPAC fundraiser on Saturday night, March 20,
2010, at Lucias. It will be a Mardi Gras Dance, tickets are $25.00 per person. We will be having a Chinese
auction and a grand door prize. All proceeds after costs will be donated to RPAC... We have a pair of
beads and a mask with your name on them.... Please support this event and our board.
I wish each and everyone of you a prosperous 2010. We are on the road to recovery... keep up the hard
work and soon we will see the light at the end of this very long, dark tunnel.
