In this clinic, orchestrated by show driving expert Henk Hammers, the Young Riders (aged 16 to 26) of the Society ‘Het Friese
Tuigpaard’ are keen to share their enthusiasm for the Friesian show driving horse with you.
This lecture clarifies the exercise physiology (sports science) of the horse and how this translates to the training of Friesian
horses.

Dressage simulator ‘Otto’, by Antoinette Grijpstra of ‘Ruiter Balans Centrum’
Otto happens to be the most advanced dressage simulator of this time. Triggered by sensors, Otto responds to normal aids and he
can simulate (nearly) all paces and the majority of all exercises. This really makes Otto the ultimate training aid to work on your
posture and seat. Truly unique in the Netherlands!
