What is it?
It is a stately manor house from the beginning of the last century, built of granite in a
colonial style. The area of the house is 106 m², consisting of two floors. The house
has been partially renovated and is in good condition. On the ground floor are the
former storage rooms. Fairly easy these rooms can be involved in the living area. On
the first floor are two bedrooms, living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen.
Three verandas complete the living space. The property is in habitable condition but
not yet finished. Many of the original materials are still present such as wooden
floors and ceilings. The windows, shutters and tiles are still in original condition. Besides the main house two registered
outbuildings are included in the sale, as well as and two (unregistered) ruins. The outbuildings measure 70 m² and 143 m².

The house is connected to water, electricity and sewage. Phone is simple to request and usually free of charge. There is a
boiler for hot water.
Is there an outside?
Beside and behind the house is beautiful flat land with an area of approximately 1500 m².

The house has north-south exposure. The south side has a sweeping view of the mountains of the Serra da Estrela and Açor.
The house is built of granite and has stylish decorations. A destination as a bed and breakfast is an interesting possibility
thanks to the other buildings registered as a residence.
Where is it?
This property is in the village Chamusca Beira on the N17. The accessibility is therefore good. Chamusca Beira itself has no
facilities but at about 4 km is Oliveira dos Hospital. This is a central municipality with all major facilities such as such as
restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical clinic, schools, library, small hospital and weekly market. The
larger city like Coimbra is at about 70 km.
