Charlie is a performer that covers many
areas of music - from ballads, to folk,
blues, country, rock ‘n’ roll, pop, gospel and

may find Charlie’s music in the country or
the easy listening section, but this belies
the nature of a man who is uncomfortable
with labels, a man that embraces varied
musical forms. Anyone who has listened to
Charlie’s music would agree that he shows
a depth of compassion and understanding
which seems almost incongruous to his
simplistic, yet captivating style.

Direct from London’s world-famous jazz club, The Ronnie Scott’s All Stars, led by the club’s

trials and tribulations and landmark performances from now-legendary jazz icons, to become
the internationally acclaimed jazz venue it is today. Mixing classic music from the jazz greats
who have performed at Ronnie Scott’s, alongside tales of old Soho, miscreant musicians and
police raids, this is a unique evening celebrating one of the world’s most famous jazz venues,

artistic endeavour. Beginnings is performed without words but accompanied by
a fabulous drum kit and is manipulated by an internationally
