DIRECT CARE STAFF
Gogebic Community Mental Health is seeking caring,
compassionate candidates to enhance the lives of individuals
in our residential program. Successful candidates will provide
direct care to individuals with intellectual/developmental
disabilities and/or mental illness. No experience necessary as
we train all of our direct care staff internally.
All positions are full-time (30-40 hours per week) with
defined schedules created 12 months in advance. Starting
wage is $10.31 per hour with progressive raises. An excellent
benefits package is offered to include health/dental
insurance, pension plan and generous paid time off.
Employment will be subject to passing a job related physical
exam, a back screen and a criminal background check
including fingerprinting. Job descriptions and benefit
