wheat beer
brewery,
a privately
owned company
in the heart of
Bavaria.
An excellent fruity
alternative to lager, or

Hoegaarden
The brilliant white beer is
brewed to a traditional recipe
which dates as far back as
1445, although the beer
Hoegaarden has only existed
since 1966. Hoegaarden gets
its great taste partly due to
there being special ingredients
added during the brewing
process, such as - wheat,
coriander and curacao orange
peels. Also the pale, cloudy
appearance of this mysterious looking
drink is all thanks to an additional
second fermentation.

coloured head. On the
nose it has a pleasantly
hoppy, sweet malt-edged
aroma. On the palate the
malt is the dominant
character, and the beer is
smooth and easy to drink,
There is a nice hoppy
bitterness and a touch of
smoky grain in the finish.

Mild
Theakston
Mild
Wrongly derided in
recent years as an
“old bloke’s drink”,
the best milds can
be simply sublime.
Theakston Mild is
particularly notable
because of the
three-malt brewing
process we use.
Each different malt
(pale, crystal and
black malt) makes its
own contribution,
and the result is
a dark, dry,
satisfying pint.
Tetley’s Mild
Tight creamy head and with a
reddish chestnut hue, It has a hint of
sweetness on the tongue with
caramel, fruit and a hint of hop.
A classic dark mild.
