SUN CITY SUMMERLIN is a 55-year age-restricted community organized in the city of Las Vegas. The community celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2014. The master-planned development is home to more than 12,000 residents and comprises the largest homeowners’ association in the state. The community is organized into a community association, Sun City Summerlin Community Association, Inc., a non-profit corporation established to operate all of the community’s facilities. A nine-member Board of Directors is elected by the residents to administer the affairs of the Association.
