June 3,2013
Welcome to the 23rd Annual DSF 'Mike Considine' Charity Golf Outing. On behalf of the DSF Board

Our golf outing's purpose is twofold. It provides a venue where colleagues and friends can renew old
acquaintances, hopefully make new ones, and enjoy a day away from the office. At the same time, it
also offers the opportunity to support a terrific cause. We especially thank our corporate sponsorsfor
taking time out from their busy schedules to participate in this event. Your support of DSF isgreatly
appreciated.
This is a day for you toforget work, enjoy the marvelous game of golf come what may, and focus on
life'ssimple pleasures. Don't forget to stock up on Mulligans and raffle tickets, all proceeds go to a very
worthy cause - DSF.

DSF Board of Directors - Call for Nominations
Are you interested in serving on the Diplomatic Security Foundation (DSF) Board? The next election will
be held this September (2012) to fill slots for two expiring board terms.
DSF Board members are responsible for upholding the mission ofDSF which is to provide timely financial
support and charitable contributions to members of the u.s. Department of State's Diplomatic Security
Service, security professionals, and other colleagues in the law enforcement and foreign affairs communities.
Board positions are for a four-year term. Board members must be a current, former or retired DS employee.
Board positions require approximately a 2-3 hour time commitment each month (via email), plus
attendance at two board meetings a year (for those in the DC area). Board members review requests for
support, and oversee the general management of the Foundation. Current Board members with expiring
terms may stand for another position on the board but may not be re-nominated for the same position.
Board positions are voluntary and receive no compensation. All DSF Board members are required to be
dues paying members of the Diplomatic Security Special Agents Association (DSSAA).
Interested candidates should advise of their candidacy via e-mail to DSF Executive Director Sarah Rothleder
