Luxory Vinyl Plank (LVP)
Triple M Housing offers LVP in 5 available colors as an optional upgrade in truss floor homes.
The warmth and beauty of wood floors is hard to resist, except in moisture-prone areas
where wood and water don’t mix . . . that is, until now. Blending the natural beauty of wood with the
waterproof resistance of vinyl, LVP flooring lets you put the realistic look of wood anywhere in your home,
even areas that get wet or have high humidity levels.
Luxory vinyl planks convincingly capture the looks, grain patterns, and natural wood tones of genuine wood
planks, yet are designed to withstand the demands of a busy household. That means you can enjoy the natural
beauty of wood without worry. Enhanced coatings weather the elements effortlessly, whether it’s food and
drink spills, bath splashes, muddy shoes or paws.
LVP is constructed of four layers of environmentally friendly products. The first is the wear layer of
Polyurethane that improves resistance against scratches and the negative effects of cleaning chemicals while
giving the product easy to clean properties and 3 important benefits - anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and antimicrobial effects. The second layer is the decor film constructed of environmentally friendly plasticised
Polyvinyl giving you an excellent digital representation of hardwood graining and tones. The third layer or
middle layer is constructed of virgin Vinyl (no fillers or contaminates) and keeps the plank steady and flexible.
The final layer is also constructed of virgin vinyl and adds to the stability of the plank.
Less maintenance – Sweep, dust, or vacuum regularly, and occasionally damp mop to clean the surface.
Comfortable surface – The resilient surface is soft underfoot and more comfortable to stand on, making it ideal
for kitchens. Even better, the occasional dropped dish is less likely to break!

The Lyric thermostat connects to your smart phone
allowing you to control your thermostat from anywhere.
Check the weather, turn on a/c or heat, and tap the away
button to save energy while you are out. Lyric is the
most advanced thermostat on the market. Geofencing
automatically regulates temperature when you’re away.
The Fine Tune feature considers temperature and humidity so the temperature you set is the temperature you feel.
Smart Cues keep you informed and alert you to weather warnings and filter changes. Shortcuts create custom
temperature settings for recurring events.
Smart Home
The Kevo is an electronic bluetooth deadbolt lock. Kevo is
compatible with iPhone 4s, 5, 5c and 5s or uses a Kevo key fob. As
you walk up to your door, the Kevo fob or your iPhone connects
with the Kevo lock. With your phone or fob in range, tap the outer
ring of the lock with your finger and it will lock or unlock. Assign
different users to different members of your home and track them
with the Kevo app.
USB plugs allow you to plug any
phone or device with a USB cord into
the USB port to be charged.
The WeMo light switch connects to your smart phone through wifi
and allows you to turn lights on and off using your phone from
anywhere. You can also schedule the lights to turn on or off at certain
times in the day or you can set them to respond to the sun.

Triple M Smart Home requires Wi-Fi. Items are purchased together in the Smart Home package, and are not
available individually. Includes: 1 Lyric Thermostat, 1 Kevo Lock, 3 USB Plugs, 2 WeMo Light switches.

Optional Sonos Sound Package
The Sonos Sound Package incorporates your love of music into your new home. Two built in speakers in the
living room ceiling connect to the Sonos network amplifier. Stream music from your phone or tablet with the
Sonos app for iOS and Android. Play music from your music library or listen to music with Google Play, Sirius
XM, tunein, and many more supported services.
Adding to your Sonos system is easy. The Sonos Sound Package provided by Triple M gives you the basis for
your Wireless HiFi system. You can purchase additional Sonos speakers from most major home theatre retailers like Best Buy and Future Shop. Additional Sonos speakers are wireless (speakers require power source), and
connect throught the Wireless HiFi system that the Sonos Bridge (included in package) creates. Purchase additional aftermarket speakers for every room in your house and control them independently. Listen to different
songs in each room or stream the same song through the entire house! The possibilities are endless. The Sonos
system is controlled through the Sonos app available for iOS or Android smartphones and tablets.
