TVN Training - Breaking down silos
State of the art training - experiential learning - that:
• deepens appreciation for holistic, compassionate, and
effective care through inclusion of patients in improvement
of research and practice
• transcends professional boundaries cross-pollinating
research, KT, policy, and mobilization efforts across disciplines
• develops the ability in trainees to effectively transition
between mentor and mentee roles
• prepares trainees with the skills to make ethical and
equitable decisions to improve care for the frail elderly
