Merino Collection, we have combined
the softness of Merino wool with the
natural resilience of standard wool to
create a range of carpets which are

different.

this,
we source our fibre through the New
Zealand Merino Company who, in turn,
work closely with the wool growers who
produce this premium wool fibre from
sheep based on Merino genetics and

In the picturesque coastal town of Oamaru, is the Canterbury Spinners yarn
plant where the merino wool fibre is transformed into the softest, natural
carpet yarn available. The yarn is then transported to our carpet tufting plant
in Auckland.
Once in Auckland, the Merino yarn is tufted into four beautifully soft, yet
resilient, carpet ranges.

sales service. The Feltex Carpets warranty is applicable to all
Feltex carpet and Feltex Classic carpet, sold in New Zealand from
17th September 2012.
“As a New Zealand manufacturer, we endorse and recognise all
rights of the consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
(the “CGA”) and further agree to match any performance guarantee
or warranty offered in the marketplace, at the time of purchase, on
any product which is equivalent to ours, where that performance
guarantee or warranty offers rights to the consumer in addition to
those in the CGA.”
