From simple flat signs, metal tray signs, flat-cut stand-off lettering through to 3D metal
built up letters, we can supply and fit the complete range of signage to suit your image
and budget.
Shop sign boards, tray signs and shop fascias
When deciding on the right shop sign you need
to consider what your logo or text is going to
be made from and what it is going to be fitted to.
In many cases, the shop will have an existing
shop fascia which can be repainted before
any new metal text or acrylic text is fixed.
The most commonly used material for sign
boards is an aluminium composite board. This
is made up of a hard plastic core that is bonded
to two sheets of aluminium. This is available in a variety of colours, finishes and sizes. It
can be fitted as a flat sheet to the wall with fixings through the face, or routered into a
box section tray, which adds depth to the sign as well as hiding all fixings.
Acrylic 3d built up & stand-off lettering
Our plastics are used as either a sign surface or
as the sign itself in the form of acrylic lettering.
Plastic is also commonly used for illuminated
signs for night lighting.
Acrylic lettering is a fantastic method of signage
and is available in a wide range of colours and
finishes. It also comes in translucent colours
which is great for creating lighting effects.
Acrylic lettering is superb for displaying a modern,
clean feel and for providing a dash of colour and
bringing your sign to life. It's even possible to use
shiny metal-effect perspex to simulate a range
of popular metals.
SIGNAGE
Metal, 3D & illuminated signs
3D lettering is commonly used to display the shop name or logo. Metal lettering ultimately
gives off a touch of class that you don’t get from other signage formats. It denotes
permanence, reliability and dependability.
Our choice of metals range from
stainless steel and aluminum for a
modern look, to brass for the more
traditional look.
Built up lettering looks fantastic on its
own, but it can also be enhanced with
illumination. This can either be in the
form of a rear lit 'halo effect', or a
front lit effect with the acrylic face of
the letter illuminated. This can be in a traditional white light, or in a wide range of colours.
As an addon to your sign we can also fit a
variety of lights. These can range from
trough lights spanning the length of the sign,
downlight & uplight spotlights, to overhanging
bullet lights.
These are available in a number of finishes and
can even be powder coated to the colour of your
choice.
An alternative illumination option is to have a fret cut tray. This is essentially a board
routered into a tray with the lettering cut out. LEDs will then be placed behind the sign and
will shine through the acrylic shape of the letters, creating a fantastic illuminated image
of your logo and information.

ILLUMINATION HAS OVER
TRADITIONAL FORMS OF SIGNAGE.

Retail & Industrial Flex Face Signs
The Flex Face box sign is an exterior sign system which is ideal for larger outdoor sign
applications, such as outdoor retail park signs, company outdoor signs and large shop
front signs. Flex Face boxes are very robust and durable, with a 200mm deep
aluminium profile as standard, with
internal supporting struts fixed to the back
panel to create the rear tray of the box.
The Flex Face box is so called because it
features a flexible PVC banner fascia which
is stretched across the front of the box
sign to create what is essentially like a skin
on a drum. The PVC banner 'skin' can be
manufactured for backlit applications to allow
for the light to illuminate the banner graphic
from edge to edge, or standard frontlit
applications are also available. A huge aesthetic
advantage of the flex face is it can be produced
up to 6m wide with no welds or joins, creating
a smooth professional finish.
As well as standard square and rectangular
shapes, Flex Face illuminated signs can be
formed in various other shapes and sizes
including circular, triangular, hexagonal and
irregular shapes. Even large illuminated letters
can be formed to create completely bespoke
large format illuminated signs.
Free-Standing & Post signage
If your premises is slightly set back from the main road
or you just want to gain more exposure and visibility, then
an ideal solution is a free standing sign. These can be in
the form of a simple pavement A board, through to a
post system that is concreted into the ground.
They are ideal for catching drivers attention as they pass
by and can also be used to promote special offers you
may have running.
VEHICLE GRAPHICS
& WRAPPING
Companies will often spend thousands of pounds a year on a static billboard advert at
the side of the road. We can turn your vehicle into a mobile billboard seen by thousands of
people a day, for a fraction of the cost.
We offer a comprehensive range of vehicle signage solutions, everything from more
economical basic cut vinyl lettering through to magnetic signs and full vehicle wrapping.
Cut vinyl graphics
This style uses self-coloured vinyl in a
variety of grades (3 - 10 year durability) to
create the decals, lettering, numerals and
design embellishments that give the overall
vehicle livery design. At the most basic level
this can be just a single colour of vinyl
giving the most economical vehicle sign option.
However, we have hundreds of colours to choose
from and using multiple colours can give
very effective results.
Cut vinyl and digital print mix
The next step up from 100% cut vinyl is to begin
to introduce an element of digitally printed
vinyl - this could be a photographic image or
colour fades. This gives greater flexibility in
design options which creates impact and more
effective advertising. A careful blend of the two
types of vinyl still gives excellent economy.
Part wrap
Using wrapping vinyl we are able to totally
cover or ‘wrap’ large areas of a vehicle.
Popular permutations include the bonnet,
roof, bootlids, rear doors or half way up
the sides. With our specialist wrapping vinyl
there are simply no limitations to which parts
of a vehicle can be covered - including the
windows & bumper. Cut vinyl may still be
mixed into the overall scheme for text and
other parts of the design. A part wrap can
really give your vehicle and company the
wow factor without the cost of a full wrap.
VEHICLE GRAPHICS
& WRAPPING
Vehicle wrapping is the process of covering and transforming an entire vehicle, or part
vehicle, with a layer of digitally printed or special effect self adhesive wrapping vinyl or
vinyl wrap. Special effect wrap vinyl includes carbon fibre wraps, matt black vinyl wraps,
colour change wraps, chrome effect and patterned effects.
Vehicle wrapping includes car
wraps, boat wraps,
double decker bus wraps,
wagon wraps and van wraps.
We have even wrapped a coffin
for one of our clients who's
father sadly passed and had what
can only be described as a
quirky nature and a colourful
funeral.

Due to continued investment, we can offer in house, state of the art, wide format printing
facilities. Our printers are capable of printing on near enough any roll media, which can
then be used for a wide range of applications.
Products for the POS sector including
banners, posters, trade show graphics,
wallpaper, murals, backlit film, vehicle
image wraps, presentation backdrops are
just a few of the products we are able to
produce.
One of our Roland machines is capable of
printing up to 102 sq metres an hour,
making short work of even the most challenging job. Another of our machines has a
print & cut facility, enabling us to print out an image and then accurately cut round it,
regardless of its shape.

EMBROIDERED &
PRINTED CLOTHING
Whether it is some embroidered uniforms for work, printed T-shirts for a stag do or
a football kit that needs sponsoring, we can offer a bespoke, high quality service at very
affordable prices.
Our 3 multihead embroidery machines
work along side our vinyl cutting
and pressing machines meaning we
can produce the most bespoke
designs you can think of with super
fast turnaround times.
Logos can be embroidered or printed
on pretty much any item of clothing
available. Whether it be polo shirts,
t-shirts, jumpers, hoodies, work
trousers, caps, we have access to a
huge range of styles, brands and colours available in a wide range of sizes. Even if you
have your own clothing that you wish for us to print onto, then that is no problem.
We can take any logo and once we have ran it through our digitisation software, it is
ready to be embroidered.
One of the more popular methods of
personalisation is heat pressed vinyl printing.
This is where the logo is cut out on a vinyl
cutter, the excess vinyl is removed and it is then
pressed onto the garment. This is available in
single colours, multi colour or full colour
print. Ideal for individually personalised clothing,
it is a hard wearing yet cost effective way of
personalising your clothing.

CO2 laser cutters are

tolerance of just 0.1mm
ensuring that even the most detailed designs come out
with perfect results every time.

different cutting technologies ensure we can handle any

GLASS DESIGN
& TINTING
GLASS - it's a fantastic material, with a list as long as your arm of uses, but to look at, it
isn't particularly eye catching. That's where we come in.
From frosted privacy film and decorative branding, to anti-glare and heat reduction film at
the office, we have it covered.
We offer a comprehensive range of solar films
designed to block up to 75% of solar energy,
resulting in a cooler, more productive working
environment. The films also have fantastic
anti-glare properties ensuring working at a
computer screen in direct sunlight is no longer a
problem. These films are available in a number of
different finishes, each with different solar
properties, ensuring you get the perfect working environment.
We also offer a full range of privacy films for within the office workspace. These mirror
films work in conjunction with the difference in light levels between the rooms, to create
a perfect mirror from the outside and an extremely clear transparency from the inside.
If you are after a film that offers privacy, can
obscure an unsightly view, or simply for a
contemporary update to an interior, there is no
better film than our frosted range. We offer a wide
selection of quality frosted films, from silver frosted,
through to our new colour tinted frosted films.
Our frosted film can be used on any flat glass
surface. We find it great for home or office, from
street facing windows, bathroom and kitchen
windows to glass door panels. This film
completely hides the view, without darkening the room and allows a soft defuse of light to
pass through. The frosted film can be applied plain, have your logo cut out, or be over
printed with logos, branding etc.
Printed one way perforated vinyl is a terrific option for
store front windows. It features a 65/35 perforation
pattern, meaning 65% of the film is retained and 35% is
removed. The meshy pattern offers enough print
surface area for enhanced image resolution and colour
reproduction while retaining the film’s one way visibility.
Viewing from behind, the window will appear
tinted but will not lose visibility. From the outside, the
image appears solid with a subtle opacity.

collation, packaging and distribution and
installation where required. We even hold a
database of what we’ve installed in each store so
our maintenance team can keep your POS up to
date and ensure customers enjoy a consistent
brand experience across your estate.
Whether it is a retail window display, printed
wallpaper to brighten up the walls, or
illuminated units to display a new range of
products, our in house design team will work
with you to achieve the perfect displays. Our
experienced team of fitters will travel the
length and breadth of the country, often in the
early hours of the morning to ensure your
promotion is fitted on time.
DIGITALLY PRINTED
BANNERS
From a small promotional offer, a temporary signage solution or a building wall covering,
we have the capacity to supply and fit all manner of banners.
Choose banners made from PVC, mesh or fabric, in any size or shape, indoor or outdoor,
made to order complete with or without professional installation around the UK.
Outdoor PVC banners are a great,
cost effective way of adding to
existing signage. They enable high
definition printing and can be
provided on a rapid turnaround.
They are ideal for short run
promotions, promoting your brand
whilst working away on site, or even
for just covering up unsightly walls.
All PVC banners come with
reinforced, hemmed edges and metal eyelets allowing for easy fixing and long lasting
durability.
Roller banners a.k.a retractable banner displays,
pull up banner stands and roll up banners are one
of the most popular products for low cost
advertising. Lightweight, portable and low cost make
them a firm favourite.
Ideal for taking to presentations or for exhibitions,
they come with a padded carry case and can be
assembled in a matter of seconds.
All of our roller banners are printed on high quality,
heavyweight, banner grade PVC. Printing on such
heavyweight material provides a visually stunning
display and reduces material curl.
