WHAT’S THE
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN...
...Hammer’s Mountain Patrol &
Hammer’s Mountain Services?
We get this question a lot!
Aside from offering an alarm
response service, Hammer’s
Mountain Patrol performs weekly house checks, focusing on the
security of your vacation home.
We do a weekly walk though
to check thermostats, water valves, water heater and
the like. If we find any problems, we call you right away.
With over 20 years’ experience,
Hammer’s Mountain Services
takes care of all your property
maintenance needs from yard
clean-up & tree trimming & removal to everything in between.
We’ll even build you a new deck!
If you are not yet familiar with
Hammer’s Mountain Services,
you’ll find that we provide the same
high quality workmanship that you
have come to expect from our
Patrol service. Let us handle all
your spring and summer chores!

OUR LIST OF SERVICES NEVER STOPS!
• Avoid the Memorial Day rush---call us early for
spring yard clean up.
• Do you have big branches hanging over your
house? Did you know that oaks are notorious for
looking healthy while rotting from the inside? Have
you seen the damage broken branches can do to a
roof? We have & the repairs can be expensive. Call
now for an inspection of your trees--909-336-6886.
• Lions, tigers and bears!
In addition to the usual coyotes, raccoons and
bears, a mountain lion has been spotted roaming around the mountain. Be
mindful when you have small pets outside.
• Planning ahead? Fireworks will light up Lake Arrow-
head on Sunday, July 3. Call ahead if you need us to
put your patio furniture out or give your decks a good
cleaning. When it’s time for a fresh coat of sealant, we
can do that, too. Let us know if you’d like a newspaper
delivered while you’re here, or trash pick-up following
your stay. We’re only a phone call away!
