Puppy Sales Contract

Our purebred, AKC registered, yellow Labrador Retriever puppies generally sell quickly on a “first come, first served” basis.
Therefore, we keep three lists of buyers: Tentative Buyers who have emailed that they are hoping to purchase a puppy, Confirmed
Buyers who have paid their $400 deposit, and Paid-in-Full Buyers who have paid the full purchase price. Although you may chose
to remain on the Tentative Buyer list, Confirmed Buyers who have already paid their deposit will be given priority in the selection
line-up. Likewise, Paid-in-Full Buyers are given priority over those who do not complete their purchase in a timely manner as
detailed below.
When the puppies are about six weeks old, we will notify all Confirmed Buyers who have paid their deposit that they are welcome
to come and select their pup. If a Confirmed Buyer is unable to come to Tender Oak Ranch to make their selection in person, the
pups can be viewed via FaceTime and the selection made by that means. The selection process is done in the order in which the
buyers have paid their deposits. The remainder of the purchase price is due on the day the buyer is scheduled to select their
puppy. If the full price is not paid on the day scheduled, that buyer may lose his/her place in the selection process. At the age of
seven to eight weeks, lab puppies are ready to leave their mother and litter mates and go to join their families. Pups are not
allowed to leave Tender Oak Ranch until full payment is received and checks have cleared the bank. Unless other arrangements
are made, pups remaining at Tender Oak Ranch after the age of eight weeks will incur a boarding fee of $20 per day. Furthermore,
the buyer of a pup that is not picked up previous to that date and who has not made arrangements to pay the boarding fee will
risk his/her pup being sold to another buyer. This will be at the sole decision of the seller and without recourse of the original
buyer.
By signing below the buyer agrees to the above terms and wishes to be put on the puppy waiting list
for a Male ____ or a Female____ Yellow Labrador Retriever puppy Sired by Sonny Boy (SR63428101) of Sunny Daze Labs, and born
to Golden Honey of Tender Oak Ranch (SR85426303) and owned by Judy Carr.
____ Tentative Buyer List: There is no deposit being paid at this time.
____ Confirmed Buyer List: My $400 deposit check is attached, payable to Judy Carr or, my deposit will be paid through PayPal,
via our website. Note that deposits are non-refundable except when a yellow lab puppy of the sex indicated above is unavailable
from the anticipated litter. In that case, deposits will be fully refunded.
____ Paid-in-Full Buyer: The price with limited American Kennel Club registration, (without breeding rights) is $2,000. The price
including the right to full registration with the AKC which allows for breeding is $2,500. (The $400 deposit applies toward the
purchase price. See Bill of Sale & Warranty for more details.)
