HIGH ALTITUDE GRAIN CONVEYOR
AUGER TSHV
High altitude grain conveyor auger is designed for transfer of grain (spiked grains, cereals, legumes,
industrial and oil crops) from the place of storage (gather) to the equipment for treatment and storage (and in
reverse sequence).
The following technical operations are possible:

• acceptance of grain from automotive and railway transport;
• loading of fast install demountable mobile type ring
warehouses;
• loading of grain into silo type grain elevators, onto cornfloors
and into hangars;
• loading of grain carriers, grain cars;
• loading of barges, lighters, and ships.
Double-lever upright support type structure allows to lift
the main auger. Being driven by a powerful hydraulic cylinder
a unique device – chassis frame – is able to hold an angle of
44° under conditions of maximum load. When the cylinder is
fully compressed the angle of the auger is changed to 5° – to
the transportation mode. Upon achieving any desired height the
blocking valve fixing the hydraulic cylinder of lifting.
Available reloaders of different diameter and length –
(25,4 or 33 cm), the length (from 15 to 29 m. Feed grain
tanker (1,1 х 1,5 m) can quickly reload a large quantity of
grain into the tower. Each of the models is distinguished
by high reliability, the minimum of consumed power and
service losses.
MOBILITY AND MANEUVERABILITY
A feed auger can be placed to the left or to the right of the main
auger depending on work conditions. The feed grain tank by
order can be equipped with hydraulic motors for facilitating
replacement of the feed auger to the working position.

Double-acting valve
As an option THV is completed with two valves, which allow the hydraulic system of the
feed grain tank hoist winch and the feed grain tank engine to work using only 2 ground
level valves. The system of hydraulic equipment control excludes the necessity of
switching the hoist winch and the grain tank manually.
System of the hydraulic equipment control
Due to using built-in system of hydraulic equipment control system the feed auger can be
lifted to the level convenient for transportation and the receiving hopper is placed into the
proper position. In comparison with other structures this system allows to save manual
labor during grain processing.
Hydraulic engine of the grain tank
In case of including this option into the complete set of each inside wheel a powerful
hydraulic engine is added to the feed auger, that is why the receiving hopper can be
installed easily and with minimal efforts. With a simple move of the hydraulic lever the
feed auger can be moved to any exact position at the top or at the bottom of the dump
truck tank. For providing easy excess a detent lever is installed on the pipe of the inlet
auger.
Wire cable and structural features
1.27 and 1.9 cm long wire cables provide bridge type structure for maximization of rigidity
and right load distribution. The wire cables can be strained or loose in accordance with an
operation carried out. Considering that the auger measures up 29 meter length, stability
and manoeuvraitely during the auger adjustment have primary importance.

38 centimeter tires are designed for treacherous driving conditions. They are supplied
completed with bolt / rim structures number 5 and 6, automobile type hubs and bearings.
Copying
The self-balancing feed hopper on the feed auger is kept at the proper level irrespective of
the auger height. The unique structure allows two-section feed hopper to be loaded even
under conditions of uneven surface.

WIDE MODEL LINE-UP
The model line-up of high altitude grain reloaders consists
of 7 different according to the productive capability and the
dimensions of the tires. They have wide loading range – from 11 to
20,2 m. The productive capability at your option can amount 140
and 280 tons per hour and the diameter of the auger – 25,4 or
33 cm. Each of the models distinguishes itself by high reliability,
minimum power consumption and minimum service charges.
HEIGHT TO 20.2 M
The unique distance from the top point to the ground –
20.2 m – allows to carry out loading even into the highest
silo towers. For providing rigidity of the structure the frame
of the reloader is assembled of thick steel tubes 12 x 12 cm,
the length of the exterior side of the chassis is 37 cm. A rigid
base provides rigidity during operation period.
AUGER TYPE GRAIN CONVEYOR
Rostselmash grains reloaders are designed for loading of grain elevators from the transport facility and loading to the
transport facility grain from the grain elevator. The model range consists of 16 units different in accordance with
productivity rate and dimensions and each of the models is characterized by high reliability, minimum quantity of power
consumed and service charges. The machines can be driven from the PTO shaft of a traktor, an electric or gasoline motor.

Drive mechanism
Auger drive in TSH grain reloaders is performed
through a bevel gear speed reducer and chain
drive of the auger. which is The latter is placed
into an oil cushion due to which stable work is
provided under such difficult conditions like
dustiness, high humidity and high temperature.
Movable wrought gaskets, ball bearings and heattreated gear wheels allow the drive mechanism
to operate smoothly and to consume less energy.
Agricultural producers can also choose the most
convenient type of drive: PTO shaft drive of a
tractor, an electrical motor drive or a gasoline
engine drive.
The models having belt-drive are equipped with a selfbalancing engine and with belts self-straining system.
The belt guards are included.
Auger tray
A wide protective guard and a dismountable safety catch
facilitates the access to the auger tray. If there is no necessity of
using the safety catch it can be fasten to the supporting bracket.
Reduction gear box
The reduction gear box of a left- or right side is placed in such
a way that allows the auger to sink into the grain tank deeper.
TH-70, TH-140 and TH-280 models are complete with reverse
reduction gears.
Stable chassis frame
The wide chassis frame provides stability and rigidity. It
is achieved by means of a large base of rectangular tubes
increasing the rigidity and durability of the structure.

MZS-90 SELF-PROPELLED SEED THROWER
Due to the ability of the trimmer to rotate around it axis by 135° in both directions the seed thrower usage and
implementation in different works increases and simplifies. Thus, for example, loading grain material into any transport
facilities can be performed continuously. In the course of restoring or loading the warehouse the seed thrower can replace
grain to one or another side from the axial axis or discharge grain behind itself. With the help of the rotating thrower it is
possible to form from a low and wide storage bunker and to the contrary and to form a storage tank of grain heaps.

PSM-20 SEED PROTECTANT
The seed protector is designed for humidified treatment of cereal crops, legume crops and technical
cultures with the purpose of improvement of seeding characteristics and protection against any causative
agents being transmitted by means of seeds. Disinfection add-on is designed for application of working
liquid onto seeds of cereal crops, legume crops and technical cultures and for providing seeds for their
charging into any transport facilities, onto grounds and into bags.

full absence of grain crushing
in the course of sweeping.
Any diseases emerging during the period of seed
sprouting are very difficult to be eliminated. Today
there are almost no any grain shipment without
any infection. Treatment is the only way to fight
against very dangerous smut grain crops deceases.
Preplanting seed disinfection with the purpose of
their protection from any deceases and invaders
is one of the most necessary measures concerning
protection of plants.
Justified selection of the seed protector and
technical means for its application and high-quality
preparation of seeds before their disinfection is one
of the first conditions of defective seed production.
Rostselmash seed protectant is designed for

OZM-20 Mobile Grain Cleaner
Used for spiked grains, cereals, beans, technical crops and oil-seeds trashed heap cleaning. Also used for
cleaning grass seed from impurities, from rude gross foreign materials and from straw in order to obtain the
basic condition of the grain and prevent further pollution.
An individual cleaning mode can
