Congratulations to Josh Minogue, Wade Krieger, Alyce Bennett & Amy Nurthern who all had
success at the recent Nutri Grain trials on the gold Coast. It’s great to see a strong contingency of Kracka
riders in the field. Great to see Dani Allen receive a wild card entry after her 2011/2012 season was
interrupted with a severe foot injury. Good luck to you all for a successful season.

The series starts in Perth in December and finishes up in February at Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast.
Once again this year, there will be a mystery NSW location thrown into the mix and wouldn’t it be great if
we saw it come to our home town of Newcastle once again this year.

We are very proud to have so many talented athletes choosing to ride our boards
and each year we receive many applications for sponsorship. As a very small company
with so many great athletes riding our products and winning at State and Australian level, we
just cannot accept all the sponsorship requests and we find this to be a very hard aspect of our
business. We value all our riders though and try to acknowledge all of you in our Facebook
updates with carnival results and photos etc but the fact is we can only bring a select few onto
our Team. This year we have been through and added a few special riders to our Team and
updated the website to reflect our 2012-2013 Junior Team. Jump on and have a look at our

We consider all of you our Kracka Team though and look
forward to hearing of your results throughout the season now

Well we haven’t had much luck in the area of finding a
painter so our waiting times are still quite long. We have
employed an air brush artist on a casual basis and she
is doing a great job with the freehand artwork, but we
are still on the search for a full time painter. The current
waiting time for a paddleboard is April 2013, and for a
Nipper Board is January 2013. To avoid disappointment
it’s probably a good time to start thinking about your
board needs for next season. Keep in mind that we often
have stock boards available from time to time.

Surf Life Saving are making a push for fluro pink singlets to be
worn at all SLSA competitions this season. It is already compulsory
in QLD and will filter through to the other states in time.

children’s and adult’s sizes.
