the abandonment of the remnant right of way on Bermo' s property.

Minnesota, lying southeasterly of the southeasterly right-of-way line of
Interstate Highway 35W and lying west of east 816. 85 feet thereof, excluding
road.
For the purpose of the construction, operation, inspection and maintenance of a public
drainage system designated as Anoka County Ditch 53- 62. Said easement confined to the
following easement property:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24,
Township 31 North, Range 23 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Anoka
County, Minnesota, lying southeasterly of the southeasterly right-of-way line of
Interstate Highway 35W and lying west of east 816.85 feet thereof, excluding
road, described as follows:
A 66.00-foot wide strip of land centered on the following
described line: Commencing at the point of intersection of the
southeasterly right-of-way line of Interstate 35W and the westerly
line of the Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of said
