RENTAL PRICES
STEPHENSON BARN
Our restored 1900s post and beam barn is the
perfect place for a rustic or elegant event. An addition to the barn includes bathrooms and a warming
kitchen. Rental includes chairs, tables and trash
disposal. $2,500 per event.
PEACEFUL KNOLL CHURCH
Our 1920s country-style church, which is located
in Old Towne. It seats approximately 45 people.
$200 per event.
CAMPING
Guest camping is available. Cost is $25 per night
and includes water and electric hookup.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use any caterer I want?
Yes, we have no restrictions on who you hire for
a caterer. If you need suggestions, we have local
ones we can recommend. A warming kitchen is
available for use.
Can we serve beer and alcohol?
Yes. An additional liability rider is required
naming the museum as “additionally insured.”
Can we have extra time to set up/tear down?
Yes. You are welcome to set up the date before
your event, and tear down the day after providing
we have no other scheduled events on those days.
Are tables/chairs available?
Yes. Included in the rental price are the use of
folding chairs, plastic lawn chairs, and tables.

Are bathrooms available?
Yes. There is a bathroom addition attached to the
barn. There are no bathrooms in the church.

Are there any restrictions on decorating?
No. Feel free to decorate inside and around the
exterior of the barn and church. Unless other
arrangements are made, decorations need to
come down the day after your event.
Can we hold our wedding ceremony outside?
Yes. There are several areas that are available
for your ceremony.
