e a part of the nation’s premier litigation
and risk management conference on medical
malpractice catastrophic injury and ensure
that you keep abreast of the evolving standards
of care, emerging theories of liability, and new
defense strategies.
High exposure medical malpractice cases, namely those involving
catastrophic injury, greatly influence physicians’ practice, hospital
policy, and discussions of healthcare reform. With the potential for
hugely significant future economic loss, the stakes are extremely
high on both sides of the fence in these cases. On top of shelling out
millions to injured parties, doctors and hospitals need to battle with
reputational damage in the wake of a lawsuit, the effects of which tend
to outlast paying monetary sums. Thus, plaintiffs’ attorneys, defense
counsel, hospital risk managers, and medical malpractice insurance
professionals all have much at risk in these cases. That is why you
cannot afford to miss American Conference Institute’s Non-Birth
Litigation & Risk Management Summit on Medical Malpractice
Catastrophic Injury.
