bagging machines.
The Accu-Scale is a simple, highly sensitive infeed system
that accurately weigh-counts small parts. Designed for
use with the Autobag range of bagging machines, the
Accu-Scale provides a complete, semi-automatic weigh
count packaging operation.
The unit consists of an ergonomic workstation with stainless steel loading tray, a weighpan unit
mounted on a high precision load cell weighing mechanism and a Siemens control system with touch
screen display.
Utilising the very latest technology, the Accu-Scale is capable of detecting and counting small parts
as light as 0.1g in weight. The operator manually loads the parts to be packed from the worktable
into the weighpan. When the correct weight or count is achieved the weighpan dispenses each batch
into a pre-opened plastic bag.
The Accuscale unit is suitable for use with a wide range of industrial, technical and medical components
and is extremely effective in packing short production runs with frequent product changes.
