Shuangliang Clyde Bergemann GmbH (SLCB) is highly experienced in Air Cooled Condenser (ACC) projects from
small to huge scales. Core staff have more than 30 years’ experience in the field of ACC business. The company was
former Clyde Bergemann Termotec GmbH, formed as Joint Venture in 2014 by two powerful partners, Shuangliang
Eco-Energy Systems Co., Ltd. (SEES) and Clyde Bergemann Power Group (CBPG).
SEES was founded in 1982 in China, located in Jiangyin of Yangtze River industrial region. The company developed rapidly in the past 30 years in multiple fields, such as manufacturing and system integration of large
environmental protection and energy-saving products. SEES is also a listed company at Shanghai stock exchange.
Clyde Bergemann Power Group is a globally leading enterprise in boiler cleaning technology, air pollution control,
and ash handling systems in the power and environmental engineering market with offices in Europe, USA, Asia,
Australia and Africa.

With our in-house software, we are prepared to support our clients from the early stage to final execution of
projects. Shuangliang Clyde Bergemann’s scope starts from turbine exhaust, including steam duct and all necessary
equipment, such as fans and drives, pumps, measurement instruments, etc. Design is customized to each project,
which allows the optimized operation of ACC‘s under all specified conditions. ACC control system may also be
integrated into DCS system of the power plant for easy and friendly operation.
In 2015, Shuangliang Clyde Bergemann started execution of New Capital project for 4 x 1200 MW Combined
Cycle Power Plant in Egypt. As one of the largest power plant worldwide, the ACC is equipped with 4 x 42
modules, each with 36 ft fans.

ACC Heat Exchanger Bundles
State of the art single-row tubes, the latest
technology in ACC application, as the main
component of the ACC. It consists of
seam-welded carbon steel core tube cladded
with aluminium at the outside. The corrugated
aluminium fins are brazed to the core tube in
a special process to achieve a rigid connection
between core tube and fins.
Single-row tubes have the advantage of high
heat transfer efficiency, strong resistance to
corrosion, excellent anti-freezing performance,
high strength, easy cleaning ability, etc.
