NOTICE OF INTENT
TO CONDUCT A ZONING ADMINISTOR PUBLIC HEARING
PURSUANT TO PMC 18.76.040
Tred Shed Annex Parking and Storage, AP-16-1155 (ZA).
This is an application by Craig Schoenthaler on behalf of Tred Shed Tire Pros requesting
Zoning Administrator Approval to reestablish a discontinued use on property located at 75 Bliss
Avenue. The reestablished use would include employee and customer overflow parking. The
building may also be used to store extra inventory and vehicles overnight. As part of the project
proposal, the applicant has proposed installing an 8-foot chainlink fence with slats and a
powered gate with keypad entry, as well as some landscaping within existing planter beds. The
property at 75 Bliss Avenue is located within the Railroad Avenue Specific Plan, PD (Planned
Development, Ord. 1319) District. APN: 088-171-027.
This project is delegated to the Zoning Administrator under Pittsburg Municipal Code (PMC)
section 18.76.040(D).
