The AmeriVap® 40kW is one of the big boys in our
Industrial Steam Cleaner line. It produces over
double the steam than the 20kW unit, enabling
it to power large Houdini™ Jet System conveyor
belt cleaners or clean large bottling lines with ease.
It produces vast amounts of dry vapor, but does
not use or produce vast amounts of water or
waste water. Although large, the 40kW unit is
remarkably energy efficient. Producing pathogen
killing temperatures while using no chemicals
makes the unit a green clearen par excellence.
The Xtreme Steam 40kW unit is ASME certified—
required in the US and Mexico. This means it's
built to last with redundant control manifolds and a
boiler that weighs about 3 times that of imitations.
