"The agent was most helpful and kind. The directions were good and we found the house fairly easilly. Joan's home exceeded our expectations, the soft
furnishings are beautiful, stylish and at the same time homely. Kitchen equipment and utensils in abundance, as good as home, no skimping.The artwork is a
pleasure to view, the pool pristine with ample seating/lounging on the deck for our family group. The lakeside position gives for a relaxing ambiance with the
almost daily thrill of seeing wildlife such as otters and amazing birds.The bonus was the 'cache' of goodies that we found in the garage, pool/beach toys for the
kids and a couple of bikes for the adults. The location of this home is perfect. It is possible to walk to the supermarket in just a couple of minutes and the best
beaches are just a few minutes drive away. My husband desperately wants us to rebook this property and I am sure we will at some point in the future.
Joan was a pleasure to deal with, we mentioned a small things that we thought would enhance the property even more and it seems she has carried them out
already. How's that for efficiency and service ?

"We had a great stay at this lovely villa. The house is well equipped, and situated in a quiet but convenient location, near shops (Target, Publix), restaurants and
close to the beach. The solar heated pool was perfect, even in November it was very comfortable. We even used the bike's a couple of times to go to the beach.
We enjoyed this house very much, and the weather was great when we were there. There are lot's of birds, and even some turtles and an otter in the lake behind
the pool! Thank you for letting us stay.

Living & Dining Areas
There are two lounges, one with dining area and the other with patio doors leading out to the south facing lanai and
pool area. One living space is a quiet formal area at the front of the property with comfortable couches and dining
area. The other is a real family space at the rear with open plan kitchen containing all of the homely touches you will
expect as well as much more. TV/DVD and premium cable TV are provided and to help you keep in touch, high speed
internet is included FREE of charge.
Kitchen & Laundry
The kitchen is fully equipped with all one could wish for in a self catering holiday home. There is a huge American
fridge/freezer with ice making machine, 4 ringed ceramic hob and large oven, dishwasher, microwave and waste
disposal. A washer and drier are located in the separate laundry room.
Master Bedroom with
Ensuite
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a large walk in closet. The en-suite features a large Roman bath, two
washbasins, cupboards underneath and a separate shower unit.
Second Double Bedroom
The second double has queen size bed and shares the family bathroom with the twin room.
Twin Room
A cool, calm twin bedroom which shares the family bathroom. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and all towels
and linen are supplied.
Family Bathroom
The large family bathroom is well equipped with bath, shower, wash basin and toilet.
Pool & Lanai
The solar heated pool and lanai area are south facing and you can see the sun rise in the morning and it stays until
just before sunset. Just perfect when you simply want to enjoy the wall to wall sunshine overlooking the lake which
abounds with wildlife. Lay back and relax on the 4 sun loungers are provided On the lanai you’ll also find a large dining
table and chairs for al fresco dining.
