We hope you enjoy your time here. We realise we may not be everyone’s
cup of tea but we really work hard to give our guests a fantastic drinking
experience.
We are extremely passionate about anything
drinkable and we believe that passion is
translated into our beverages.

ABOUT US
• We only employ full time professional bartenders.
• We only use 100% pressed juices and all our citrus
juice is freshly pressed everyday by us.
• We use a huge amount of homemade ingredients from bitters and syrups to
falernum and sherbets. All made on site with natural ingredients.
• We love fresh fruit and we use more fruit in our
drinks than any other bar in oxford.
• We have one of the largest selections of liquor in the country.
We consider all our drinks to be great value because of the ingredients and
effort that go into them. We don’t operate a “happy hour” like many other
bars because we truly believe that you get what you pay for. We will not
compromise on quality of ingredients or take shortcuts. This is demonstrated
by how our drinks taste.

THE IMPORTANCE OF ICE
Ice is king and plays a key role in making excellent drinks.
It is not there to make sure you get any less of a drink but the ice is there
to ensure you will be getting the best possible serve.
More ice equates to a colder temperature in the glass which means the ice will
dilute at a much slower rate, maintaining the quality and taste.
