The 5 Year Holiday Plan?
What is the 5 year holiday plan? Basically the plan gives you the
full benefits of holiday home ownership at Kilconquhar Castle
for your chosen property and week each year offering you a
guaranteed holiday at a fixed costing.
The benefits of ownership at Kilconquhar areA guaranteed annual holiday in the unit that you purchase in a
set week each year giving you peace of mind you will always be
staying in your preferred accommodation.
As you will be charged an upfront cost for the holiday plan you will
have no other costs to pay over the 5 years, as all management
fees are included removing the worry of inflation.
As an owner at Kilconquhar you can apply for club cards to
allow access to leisure facilities for immediate family members
throughout the year.
Should you not be able to join us for your week at any point
due to unforeseen circumstances you can send other friends or
family to use your week as its your own holiday home.
As you will have full ownership you can use your week for
exchange through RCI to allow you to visit resorts all over the
world.
At the end of the 5 years you can choose to renew your holiday
plan or simply bring your ownership to an end.
New Owner Bonus
To give you the full benefit of ownership if you sign up for
the 5-year holiday plan you will also receive a complimentary
exchange for a weeks stay tin a timeshare resort in selected
destinations. Our sales team will be able to advise you at the
time of purchase of the available resorts and exchanges.
Viewing a Property
Whilst you are staying with us you are more than welcome to
view properties on the estate.
You can either do this with a
member of our team or if you prefer contact us on extension 281
and we will arrange for you to collect the keys from reception to
view the properties on your own.
If you then have any questions or would prefer to discuss in
further detail a member of our team would be happy to explain
available options and prices.
How Much Does it Cost?
The below example is based on purchasing a 5 year holiday plan
in Villa 33, a 3 bedroomed 5 star property in week 5 (February).
Please note we do also offer 10 and 15 year holiday plans, if they
would be of more interest please feel free to ask for costings
from Margaret in Sales.

Hidden Costs
There are no other costs to your purchase price. Whether
you choose to purchase your holiday plan by the interest free
installment option or in full the cost of your plan will remain the
same. At the end of the ownership period if you do not wish to
renew the plan, the property will return to Kilconquhar with no
ties to you.
Rental Savings
To rent this 3 bedroomed unit over the period of 5 years in
February for a week you would pay £1250.00 for a seven night
stay. By purchasing in advance you would be saving £328.00
based on the 2014 rental rate for a 3 bedroomed property along
with the benefits of full owner ship.
Villa 33, 5 Star Premier Unit
Villa 33 offers 2 double bedrooms and one twin room sleeping 6.
The large open plan lounge/dining area offers additional sleeping space for 2 guests on a double sofa bed. All 3 bedrooms
have private en-suite bathrooms. The spacious kitchen is fully
fitted and offers everything you could need to cater for a large
family. On sunny days you can relax and enjoy the sunroom
located to the rear of the property or enjoy a relaxing soak in the
private hot tub in the garden.
